I stayed at delfin hotel September 2026 7 days was very disappointed found staff on reception rude helped myself to t bags from the bar in order could use in my room these were snatched out of my hand and I was told I was not allowed to do this I found that very rude making me feel like a criminal. I also needed directions to a place in town and the receptionist got very impatient and rude when I asked her to repeat as I didn't understand 1st time. I was on B&B breakfast disappointing as I like fruit varieties all that was provided every morning 2 grapes 3 melon cubes 3 pineapple cubes. Swimming pool too small and too cold no adequate shade are except under thin canopy. Only positive is excellent location walking distance to old town beach shops

We stayed in a superior double room overlooking the gardens with a sea view. The room was spotless and well laid out but it was a little on the small side. The large bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The compact balcony was a huge disappointment because there was no privacy at all - you are literally sitting within arms reach of the neighbours sitting on their balconies. It's a bit awkward. Thankfully none of our neighbours were smokers, as this would have been very unpleasant. The breakfast was good and the pool was fab, really clean with amazing views. The pool bar was very nice too, good food and good service service but a little bit pricey for Tossa. The hotel location was excellent, close to everything and it was really clean throughout. The only downside for me was the balcony. The balconies overlooking the street appeared to be more private and I understand those rooms are due to be refurbished in 2027 so that might be an option.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the main shopping street, 2 minutes from the old town and 5 from the beach. The atmosphere gives a sense of belonging, welcome and peacefulness. The rooms, currently being refashioned are well appointed, the refashioned ones quite excellent. The hotel is quiet and restful and immaculately clean. The food offerings provide a very good choice in the restaurant. The main bar is situated on the rooftop adjacent to the small swimming pool and provides excellent lunch and drinking opportunities. The particularly attractive assets in this mid-sized hotel are the wonderful staff. From Teresa and Marivy on reception to Bogdan and Cristian in the bar and all others, ones requirements are attended to with in professional and friendly manner. I have been a guest of this hotel on many occasions over the past 20 years and highly recommend it.
