Good stay but worrying response to customer data theft
This hotel is fine - comfortable rooms with good air con. Pool is quite small compared to pictures and music from speakers plays all day, but nice for a dip if hot. Breakfast is very good. My concern with this hotel is that my data was stolen from their system, and I was nearly scammed out of 800 euro as a result (via a WhatsApp message that knew all the details of my stay - name, phone number, dates of stay and cost etc - I know now this is called a "reservation hijack" and something the hotel would have been aware of). I reported the issue and asked for a manager to contact me. No response, then a denial. Only after many messages and a threat to report to authorities did the hotel accept the data theft and warned their other customers - five days too late. I hope their customers did not lose a lot of money as a result.

Relaxing, friendly and central
Location is perfect in the centre with plenty of shops , restaurants and the seafront only minutes away. The room was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and there was a very pleasant atmosphere in the entire hotel. There was the added bonus of a shaded roof top bar with a great pool. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful holiday and helping me with my accommodation extended Philip

Excellent hotel in the convenient heart of the city. Short walking to Villa Vella, beach and many restaurants. Beautifully appointed rooms (marble bath, luxury linens and spacious room). Lovely balcony overlooking shops and restaurants (a fun watch). Staff was very helpful (with one exception, a young lady at front who knew nothing with sour attitude). I would book again. Loved this hotel!

Very satisfied
Perfect location for shopping and the beach, nice rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner. Nice view from the roof sun deck but the pool is small.
Couples 5 night stay in Tossa de Mar
Excellent hotel close to Tossa de Mars main beach and town centre, but very quiet.
Superior balcony room had modern decor very clean and everything you needed, the balcony was not private we overlooked the rear of the hotel, this wasn’t a problem for us as we had good neighbours. However didn’t feel comfortable seating out if other were also on their balconies. (Personal choice)
Hotel immaculately clean rooftop pool and bar area was lovely. Breakfast was continental with plenty of fresh fruit and breads and limited hot options but tasty and nice restaurant area.
Would highly recommend and stay again
