Its impressive wellness area is situated on the sixth floor of the JS Cape Colom and offers first class luxury and sophistication with sauna, outdoor jaccuzzi (on the ground floor) and a fully-equipped gym. It is currently commercialized as Only Adults hotel and offers the possibility of All Inclusive.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, outdoor tennis courts and a 24-hour health club. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a communal living room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
What a fantastic stay with friends last week at this hotel. It was clean and in a great location. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable with great views of the ocean. The cost of the all inclusive option was fantastic. The food was varied and drinks package awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Big shout out to our favourites Valentina and Estafania. Keep up the good work and hope to see you all again soon.
Have just returned home after a fabulous 4 night stay with friends. The hotel is in a quite area. The beautiful cove beach is 15 minutes walk away if you turn left out of the hotel and in the other direction is the harbour. The views from the hotel are stunning. We had partial sea view rooms that are basic but are very clean and comfortable. I dont normally go all inclusive on holiday but was very happy I did, the food was delicious and I mainly eat vegetarian! There was plenty of choice and the food was hot. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I would definitely book another stay.
We booked this holiday last minute and were pretty happy with the reviews we had read beforehand.
Room: All of the rooms are twins which are either pushed together to make a double or kept separate. We had a sea facing room and the view was breathtaking. We woke up multiple mornings to see the sun rise over the horizon. Highly recommend this! The rooms are very basic in terms of decoration but it did the job! There’s a fridge, safe, TV, desk and wardrobe. The hotel is big on saving energy so the fridge only works when the room key card is kept in. If you’re out all day by the pool or exploring, just be aware things in the fridge may not keep. The safe is a proper key which you need to pay for at reception (3€ deposit plus €20 for use). The TV had multiple HDMI cables which was excellent for our Google Chromecast so we could watch Netflix/Amazon prime. There are around 10 UK channels including BBC, BBC news and ITV. The bathroom has wall-mounted soap and wall-mounted all-in-one body wash and shampoo in the shower. There were two sun loungers on the balcony, two seats and a little table plus a handy drying rack that came out from the wall. Perfect for drying swimwear. The rooms have air con but it’s quite weak. Saying that, we weren’t waking up in the night because we were too hot. It wasn’t awful but wasn’t ice cold either.
Facilities: The grounds of the hotel are absolutely stunning. The views over the coast and ocean are breathtaking. You’ll never be rushing for sun loungers as they were plenty, some left empty all day. There are fixed and moveable parasols and towels you can rent if you wanted. We brought our own. There’s a ladder from the hotel rocks straight into the sea. The cliffs are all rocks, not sandy in the slightest. There is 1 large, warm pool where you can use inflatables, 1 medium sized cool pool which goes quite deep and 1 tiny, shallow pool. There is evening entertainment 3 times a week. We only saw 2 of them due to the length of our stay and they were both entertaining (a DJ one night and a live singer the other).
Food: We had the all inclusive package so could try absolutely everything. My fiancé and I were really impressed with the quality of the food given it’s a 3 star hotel. Some lunches/dinners were better than others but they offered variety day to day and were never hungry. Some nights they had kebabs, other nights tacos etc. Lots of variety. The hotel also offered snacks in between meals but they were hardly ever needed as we filled our boots at mealtimes. For me personally, the desserts looked amazing but they seemed to sprinkle coconut over the majority of them for some reason and I’m not a fan so be prepared to have limited dessert options if you don’t like coconut.
Drinks: As we were all inclusive, we could have a wide selection of drinks throughout. These included soft drinks such a coke, Fanta, sprite etc however I wasn’t keen on the fact the Fanta and sprite were diet versions only. They did offer full fat coke though. The hotel had a wide range of cocktails and were very generous on alcohol side.
A big shoutout to the staff who work there. They never stopped and worked so hard.
Overall, our stay was wonderful and just what we needed (sun, pool & all inclusive). The hotel decor is dated so if that doesn’t put you off you’ll have a wonderful time like we did.
Finally, this hotel has its’ own resident cat, Timmy. He’s a friendly character and you’ll often spot him lounging around on the terrace or under sun loungers. He’s an absolute sweetheart.
I went to this hotel after reading good reviews, the hotel, staff, food surroundings are all excellent, unfortunately during my stay their were a group of several English women who were loud and drank too much alcohol, on one day one of these very drunk women became very abusive and insulting, I believe ,a chivalrous man went to her aid to help her, something I wouldn’t have liked to have done. Other than that the holiday was really nice , even the terrific storm was worth seeing.
A gem of a hotel the staff from arrival to going home couldn’t do enough for us. A short walk to the harbour or beach. Great value for money, clean rooms, comfy beds, great pressure on the shower. Food choices to suit everyone lovely to see the chef and kitchen staff popping out making sure everything was refreshed. Oh the olive bread was to die for had it morning and night. Help yourself to white, rose or red wines, beer on tap and all the non alcoholic choices with lunch and evening meal if on AI well worth it. All I can say is thanks for having us it felt like home xx
