This popular holiday hotel is situated frontline to the sea in the picturesque fishing village of Porto Colom on the southeastern coast of the Mediterranean island of Majorca, enjoying excellent views. It offers an outdoor pool, children's pool and a roof-top terrace. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Marçal is just a stone's throw away, several excellent golf courses are within easy reach.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Just back from a 5 day stay. First thing is all the staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room on the 4th floor had a great view of the town and harbour. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day, fresh linen and towels. Although a basic 3 star I couldn’t fault it, only a fridge would be an improvement. There’s vented air con, free, so was lovely and cool. Breakfast buffet had a great selection with efficient staff seating you and clearing tables. The hotel is in a great position in between the harbour and the beach. The only small negative is that the pool area and bar could be better but was still a relaxing place for an afternoon. Overall, a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. Porto Colom itself is not a resort like Cala D’Or and there’s not many amenities, shops, bars etc, more a Spanish working town but a very relaxing place for a few days
On the first night, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and after paying at the entrance, we were shocked by the poor quality of the food. It was clearly not fresh, it had been reheated, and some of it was several days old... As you can see in the photos, some of it was even spoiled! We didn't touch the food and went to the reception to ask to be refunded for dinner. The refund was denied, and on the third and final day of our stay, they finally offered a way to compensate us: a free dinner at the restaurant 😅 The worst service we've ever had, I don't recommend it at all!

We enjoyed a pleasant stay in this hotel and it has a lot going for it. Lovely staff and great location midway between the harbour and Cala Marcal beach, good reception areas complete with colourful Jean Miro inspired sculptures and good food. More could be made of the outside views, spectacular vista of the Felanitx lighthouse, and the bar could be open in the evening. We were satisfied with everything but working on these little niggles could make this a great hotel.
Just got back from this place on a solo trip. First the positives- clean friendly hotel, food adequate in variety but plentiful and well presented. Pool area great with lovely views, lovely clean pool and bar. Rooms great and very clean with daily maid service. Negatives - nothing to do in the hotel apart from swim or sunbathe. I only saw the main bar open once during a week, so no nightime entertainment and nowhere to get a drink other than the pool bar between 10-7. Nothing after. Nowhere to get a snack other than crisps also at the pool bar. If u were hungry between breakfast finishing at 10am until evening meal started at 7pm then you were out of luck other than to leave the hotel. Drink service at the evening meal was also slow, as usually only one member of staff who was very busy. Luckily not too far to go to bars and shops, and the beach nearby was lovely.
