The newly refurbished Tomir Portals Suites is conveniently situated in the centre of Portals Nous, overlooking the beach of Costa d'en Blanes and the Mediterranean Sea. A number of shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the surrounding area, and the sandy beach is also only steps away. The fashionable marina of Puerto Portals with its luxury designer shops and upscale restaurants is within a short stroll. The popular hotel offers renovated rooms and Suites, sleeping up to 4 persons. They are comfortably furnished and features include air-conditioning, wireless internet access, satellite TV and a private bathroom. Additional services and amenities include an outdoor pool with a designated children's area, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, a la carte restaurant and a lounge bar. A perfect place for families and groups of friends for a nice holiday under the Mediterranean sun.

This was an excellent 10 night experience. So good we will be returning Sept 27.
As soon as you step into reception there is a lovely smell pumped through the air con, met by lovely friendly staff as they are throughout the hotel, clean, modern, beds comfortable, breakfast was the best ever even had champagne one morning, perfectly situated 10 nins down the hill to the marina and 10 mins up the hill to the village. 3 euros on the bus to Palma and 1.8 euros to Palma Nova, would go again in a heartbeat!
Rooms fine but the small kitchen area had no plates or cutlery, just not useful,milk not replaced, we had to ask at reception. The pool area is sooo overcrowded, packed in like sardines, and people had towels on the beds really early in the morning. It didn't help when there were large parties comadeering large sections of the beds. Balance bed took up much need room around the pool and were not fully occupied. The best thing about the hotel were the staff especially Johanna and Eric on reception and Frank and Uri the waiters.
What a great experience. Lovely hotel. Looks like it has recently been renovated to a very high standard . Great location. There is a very nice attitude from all the staff . They are friendly and professional and you can see that they want to make your stay a pleasant one. The facilities are excellent with a beautiful pool , spa and gym area. The morning buffet is one of the best I have seen . My thanks go out to the manager who clearly is a true professional and to Johana from reception who really understands the meaning of welcome . Thank you.
Lovely hotel which is clean with a great bar and pool area. The breakfast is one of the I have had. The rooms are spacious and are clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for getting around the Calvià area and to Palma.
The best part of the Tomir is its welcoming staff who truly make the holiday amazing. From Nico, Carman, Darwin, Hosa, Joan, Dominic, Ricardo, Rodrigo, Caroline, Peggy, Dido and the lovely welcoming staff at reception which I cannot remember all their names all make the holidays extra special for clients. I know there are many staff behind the scenes also supporting customers to have a great holiday.
For me the staff make all the difference to client's holiday and are all worth their weight gold and their services to the Tomir need to be retained
