Honestly someone needs to lose their job over the decision to close the roof top bar during week days! One of the main attractions for a hotel is if there is a roof top bar its a big thing for guests and given its an adults only hotel, why in earth would you only open it to guests at weekends?? On a positive note, Staff were friendly, rooms comfy, good showers and aircon was good. On a negative note, roof top bar issue unbelievable! 2 days without sun bed towels, told to use bath towels out of room!
Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool area. Firstly its at the front of the hotel next to car park and has a major busy road right next to it, which made it hard to relax given the traffic noise. Only accommodates 40 people which is enough given the size of the hotel. Air-conditioning vents dripping condensation on to food in breakfast area. Limited drinks available in the bar.
The hotel location. Ery good for beach at portal, but very disappointing stay given the issues mention, which is poor for a hotel chain.
Location of the hotel is great walking distance to the harbour where there are some great restaurants and a lovely beach at the end. Room was very spacious and plenty of wardrobe and drawers. Bed was super comfy. Shower did leak all over the floor! The hotel has had a renovation as it’s very pleasant in all areas the balconies I would think would be the original very old. Did not try the breakfast. Nice hotel for short stay in a good location.
Gorgeous hotel from start to finish our whole experience was amazing. Attentive staff and had the most amazing experience here. I can’t wait to come back. So clean and food is delicious. Location is great too.
Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly and accommodating, would definitely recommend! Palma Nova and Calviá are easily accessible by taxi for cheap price too.
Recently stayed for a couple of nights with my husband. The hotel doesn’t have the greatest curb appeal when you pull up, but don’t let that put you off. Inside we found all areas to be clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly. We were on the 5th floor and had a great sea view and a spacious room. The pool is a good size, and we never had issue with getting a sun bed. They provide you with pool towels which is a bonus! You also soon forget that you are right next to a busy main road. There’s a really good choice at breakfast and the food was all very fresh. The rooftop bar is a great asset, where we enjoyed a delicious cocktail. Only a short walk into Puerto Portals where you’ll find lovely beaches, a harbour and an array of shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely area to stay!
