An absolute hidden gem in Playa de Palma!
We stayed at the THB María Isabel at the end of July, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for our summer getaway. What truly stands out about this hotel is the exceptional friendliness of the staff. From the moment we checked in, every single team member—reception, dining room, and bar staff—went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and attentiveness genuinely elevate the entire experience. Despite being close to the lively beach area, the hotel offers a remarkable sense of peace and tranquility. It’s tucked away in a quiet street, allowing for a very relaxing atmosphere away from any loud party noise, yet only a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Our room was modern, impeccably clean, and featured a lovely balcony with a great view—waking up to those views made the stay even more special. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food; the buffet offered a great variety of delicious options for both breakfast and dinner that exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, peaceful, and managed by an incredible team—we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. We will definitely come back!

Amazing stay
The location was amazing: good food, great rooms, an amazing view to the beach! I definitely recommend this hotel for its amazing atmosphere, nice staff and a good time!

Nice and quiet holiday
Very nice hotel and close to the beach. Quiet street and surrounding. Nice short walk to the beach, many shops nearby. And breathtaking sunsets, every evening is different. Friendly staff in the reception and restaurant. Veronica always greets customers with a very cheerful smile. Nice pool, always could find place in the afternoon and friendly guard there. Nice and comfortable rooms, very clean. I had great time there and will go there again. And the cherry on top - I was there during sun eclipse, that was unforgettable experience.
Lovely Clean Hotel
We had a great week in the Maria Isabel hotel in August 2026, the hotel is lovely, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness of the rooms very good, reception and bar always clean and water station at reception is very thoughtful. The only downside is the Air Conditioning in the rooms is not very good. I reported our 2 rooms that it wasn’t working properly and the receptionist said he would get it looked at but it didn’t get fixed. Other than this one thing we had a great stay .
