I’m not the first time in this hotel and every time I enjoy more and more. Especially I want to be thankful for the man at night shift Dario. Very nice, cute and kind man I wish you all the best, Dario
We stayed here for just one night during a 36 hour trip to Palma and were not disappointed.
A warm welcome, friendly staff, clean/well equipped/modern room, great breakfast/brunch (till 1.30pm 👍) and centrally located, therefore everything we were looking for.
The two ladies we spoke with on reception (Elizabeth and a tall girl with dark curly hair- sorry I didn’t catch your name) were really helpful. The bus into Palma (2 euros each way) is 100m from the hotel and the promenade a similar distance so perfectly situated.
This hotel is amazing value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it….and I’m pretty fussy!
We stayed for 4 nights in the double room with jacuzzi and bubble tent. We had a lovely view towards the bay with amazing sunrises and sunsets. I'd heard the area could be quite loud with parties however we found no issues and was quite quiet. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the balcony however our parasol was broken so trying to get shade was a little annoying as needed to keep going back to the room. The jacuzzi was decent but was a little awkward facing towards the resort across from the hotel who could see straight onto our balcony. The breakfast was mediocre. Good selection of fruit/cereals/sweet pastries. Our cereal on the first morning was hard and unedible so we didn't touch it the rest of our stay. Overall the room was good value for money and in an ideal location for access to busses into palma or S'arenal. I would stay again for sure. The restaurant El patio across the road was amazing. We ate dinner there 2 times but loads of options in the area for cheaper food too.
Very nice location, close to the beach, market and restaurants, Friendly atmosphere, good value.
We decided to return to this hotel after about five years because we had such a good experience here the first time. Once again, we were very positive about the extremely friendly staff. The breakfast is good, and we especially enjoyed the option of having a limited brunch until 1:30 PM.
The location is excellent. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, the boulevard is within easy walking distance, and many popular restaurants and hotspots can be reached on foot.
However, we noticed that the hotel was much busier this time compared to our previous stay. It seems to be particularly popular with groups of friends and people who come to party. The pool area was often extremely noisy, with people shouting, laughing loudly, drinking and playing music from speakers. It definitely felt more like a party atmosphere than a relaxing poolside environment.
If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, I would probably not recommend this hotel. Perhaps it is quieter outside the high season.
The hotel itself is also quite noisy. You can hear a lot from neighbouring rooms and from the corridors, and the room cleaning can also be clearly heard.
It is also good to know that the safe costs €3 per day and the towel service costs €3 per day.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and were especially happy with the friendly staff, breakfast, brunch and location. For us, the hotel was simply a little too busy and noisy this time to give it five stars. However, if you enjoy a lively atmosphere and don’t mind some noise, this could be a great hotel for you.
