We would highly recommend this hotel for families. We travelled with our 8 year old. The entertainment was fantastic, something on for children most of the time. From organised activities in the star camp to fun activities in the pool. The entertainment team were fantastic - especially a big thank you to Andrea and Tove who were so kind and welcoming to my daughter and really made the holiday for her.
We also loved the afternoon bingo, evening quiz and the evening shows. There was also lots of quiet corners and indoor and outdoor seating spaces should you not want to get involved in this, one night when we were tired we made use of their board game corner and played games instead.
All staff at the hotel were very good, the bar staff were great at coming round and offering drinks and the restaurant staff at clearing tables quickly. The food was amazing - lots of options and especially loved the range of desserts. We absolutely loved the coffee shop being included in the all inclusive, it was so nice to have proper coffees during the stay. A nice range of soft drinks in all inclusive, enjoyed the mocktails and smoothies. As none drinkers the alcohol limit made no difference to us - but worth knowing if you do want alcohol that it's only 3 with meals included (think this could be a Palma rule).
We chose the hotel just due to it being close to the airport and a beach, but we would 100% stay at an Iberostar hotel again. We have not spotted listening to the mini disco star camp songs since getting home!
We had a family room and were pleased with the space we had, the house keeping team were great and was a lovely addition to get an app notification when your room had been cleaned. The water coolers on each floor are a great idea, we always carry thermal bottles with us so it was nice to be able to easily top these up with cold water,
Thank you to everyone at the hotel.
We stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2025 and when we saw that the total eclipse was visible from Palma Beach in 2026 we booked again.
We had a lovely time, staff were friendly, breakfasts were fabulous, rooms were spotless and the location (near the beach and a short drive from the airport) suited us.
The blemish was that we were charged for a deposit for padel (correctly) but it was not returned. I only discovered this when scrutinising my credit card bill on my return home. I thought that it would be resolved easily but despite contacting the hotel three times by email and with evidence of the charge, they refused to return my funds saying that they had no record of the charge. I found this very disappointing given the size of the chain of hotels and the fact that we had spent a lot of money over two holidays.
We will not use them again and I would recommend thoroughly checking your bills before leaving the resort.
It left a bad taste following such a lovely couple of holidays.
Absolutely brilliant hotel which I really can't fault. We went bed and breakfast. Best breakfast buffet we have experienced- so much choice and top quality food with a good variety. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the staff work hard to keep it that way. Our room was fabulous. We had a family room with a pool view. So much space for the 4 of us including a huge balcony. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. Reception staff also extremely helpful and friendly. Caters well for families in terms of entertainment- both during the day and evening. Lots of fun activities to do in the pool and for the kids but no pressure to join in. The team are super friendly. The pool is great- kept clean and plenty of space. Finally, the location is perfect- 3 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants very handy. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We chose it mainly because of the short transfer time (15 minutes max). There are nicer resorts in my opinion but couldn't be better if you want to minimise travel time.
It was an excellent hotel with a perfect location. The rooms were spotless, as was the hotel itself. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have an unforgettable trip, truly the best trip of your life. It is perfect for everyone, and it’s a trip you will never forget! I’d also like to talk about a specific person, Lucie. In my opinion, she’s the best. She helps you with whatever you need. She is very enthusiastic, which makes it really pleasant to ask a question or share something. She really makes the difference! I would really love to go back again!
Great entertainment every evening
