This privately run hotel lies directly beside the 5 km long Playa de Palma and lies just a short distance from pedestrianised areas featuring restaurants and bars. Links to the public transport network can be found 200 m away and the island capital of Palma is approximately 13 km away.
Renovated in 2001, this beachside hotel comprises a total of 5 floors with 90 rooms. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 2 lifts, a bar, an air-conditioned non-smoking dining room and a TV room. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities and there is a bicycle hire and storage service and well as an in-house laundry service.
Each of the welcoming, air-conditioned rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a hire safe, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a balcony or terrace.
There is a heated swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use in the outdoor complex. Sports options include table tennis, billiards as well as an in-house gym whilst the nearest golf course is approximately 12 km away. An entertainment programme provides some amusement.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find an outdoor pool, a sauna and bicycles to rent. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a vending machine.
Loved it! Nice size room and a really beautiful property. Never felt too big and always got chairs at the pool. Breakfast was nice and had plenty to eat. The pool was a bit cool but it’s nice given how hot it was. Literally directly across the street from the beach so you can walk across go for a swim and then come back to your chairs at the pool. The strip in Palma is great - lots of bars and restaurants close
We stayed here for four nights. The first thing that hits you is the friendliness of the staff, they are very welcoming and helpful from the start.
The hotel is very, very clean and spacious and the white interior helps it look even bigger than it is.
The rooms are a good size with a comfortable bed and all the facilities in the room that you would expect. You even get free use of a room safe which is unusual in Mallorca. The only downside was the air con, it needed to be stronger and struggled with the outside temperatures of 36 degrees.
The hotel is well located on the beachfront, opposite a Supermarket, minutes from lots of bars and restaurants and 2 minutes walk from the bus stop for buses to Palma.
The sunbeds are well controlled and if you leave them for more than 30 minutes they are removed by the Lifeguard. As well as this the pool area does not open until 0900 so there no mad rush to come down early and put out towels. There is also a plunge pool with loungers on the roof which has amazing views of the resort. There is also a bar on the roof which is run by Noella who is the funniest bar person I have come across in my years of travelling. She gets to know you really well and is an amazing host too. The rooftop closes at 2030 each night which is a shame and should stay open later into the evening
Lovely Hotel, staff on the whole very friendly, had a nice clean modern feel to it, feels like it's been recently refurbished. Great location, right on the beach, close to some lovely restaurants. Supermarket over the road. Nice and quiet at night. Our room was a little small but ok for a week, the storage was lacking slightly but we managed. Rooms are cleaned daily. Certainly value for money and I'd definitely recommend. One gripe, the toaster broke on our first morning a a replacement was not brought in all week. There's a small swimming pool which is good for a dip, and a small plunge pool on the roof which seating and a bar.
Positives - close to the beach, airport and transport services, the room was clean and spacious, amazing sea view, we used both pools the rooftop is a little warm so like sharing a bath but the weather was super hot! (Can’t be helped) the sun loungers were comfy, well spaced out and I loved the fact they don’t allow you to reserve beds and if you leave them unattended for 30 minutes or longer they remove them. (Unless you’re dining at the hotel) This is great because too many people reserve them and go out for the day when they could be used. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, the food and drink prices were reasonable.
Negatives - no coffee or tea in the room, just fruit teas, for the price we paid - there should be coffee, the beds were so firm, it was like sleeping on a rock, the rooms also didn’t provide hair conditioner or replace glass water bottles after the first day (which isn’t expected but usually a nice touch) saves you buying plastic ones constantly. We was never informed that the hotel provided pool towels or how we could get them so we ended up buying two cheap ones. We asked if we could have a late check out and we was told we had to ask on the day, my husband asked the day before just to check again and they said they’d all been fully booked, we asked again on the day - now if they’ve been allowed to be booked prior to on the day, why were we told on the day. Also - we arrived at 2.30am in the morning so barely even used it for the ‘night’ so we should have had first priority for a late check out (even if we need to pay again) considering we paid full price for a few hours sleep!! That room would have made more money that day as we didn’t arrive until so late. That brings me on to my last point - we didn’t need to leave for the airport until 5ish and we checked out at 11 we was told we could use the spa rooms to get ready and oh my goodness were they hot! It was disgusting, after a shower I was dripping in sweat trying to do my hair and makeup for the airport - this wasn’t nice when you go to the airport you should feel refreshed ready for your flight.
Due to the below improvements that need to be made this hotel is only a 4 for us.
Great Hotel For The Price.
Location is Fantastic right on the beech and 15 mins from the airport.
Restaurants & Bars close by.
Staff and Service is excellent.
The Hotel is spotless very clean.
Breakfast is good.
Only one negative point is the very uncomfortable single Beds. The Hotel really needs to look into this they are honestly awful.
Room was great with a lovely shower.
