Nice hotel with a great beachfront location and easy access to Palma city center. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, definitely five out of five. The room, bathroom, and bed were perfectly adequate, although the room cleaning could have been better. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of options, but the coffee was nothing to write home about. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. 😊🏖️☕
We look back with fond memories. We would love to come back again and will gladly recommented it to others.
The hotel and staff was very good. The reason i did not give 5 stars was for a few reasons. I booked a double room and expected a double bed. There was a kettle and tea bags but you do not supply coffee sachet's for use with a kettle and local shops do not have I did not want to carry a jar of coffee home. Also you do not supply milk with tea.
We arrived late at night, but there were arranged foord for us. The staff aranged a coffe machine, and there weare a supermarked just across the straeet. Thanks
Nice hotel on the beach close to airport and city. Unfortunately, towels on the sunbeds from early morning. Increase the number of sunbeds or remove "reservations"
