Excellent Stay
Stayed here for a 30th Birthday celebration. Feels very safe and family oriented. Right near the beachfront with loads of shops and restaurants. Not too far away from Aqualand and Palma Aquàrium with a train that runs past every 30 mins. Amazing rooftop pool and bali beds. Loved it!

Nothing special
The hotel is overcrowded and the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't cool properly. There is no gym, another minus from me. The food selection is nothing special. Apart from the location to the beach, it's an average three-star hotel.

Fantastico
Rooms, pool, location, everthing is very good. Polite crew. Carlos did help us with the late check out en no charming. We are very thankfull!
Almost a perfect stay !
Sky Bar staff ..RUDE! I asked for just ice, which they didn't want to give me...huffing and annoyed and speaking to each other in Spanish..asking me then why I wanted just ice...Alexandra and her other female member of staff should come to England for some customer service training!!!...Deborah on the other hand was AMAZING!!
