This beautiful hotel with a modern and sophisticated style is located in the island of Majorca, just about 10-minute drive away from the airport and 15 minutes from the centre of Palma where there are several restaurants, cafes, bars and many shopping opportunities. The property is perfect for both leisure and business trips alike since there are venues to host business meetings, conferences and other private events. Guests can have a great time in the outdoor pool area sunbathing, resting under the shadow of an umbrella or having a refreshing swim. If they prefer, they can relax in the indoor pool as well. The restaurant offers freshly prepared dishes and a lovely atmosphere. The cosy bar is ideal to spend a nice evening having a couple of drinks. The rooms have been decorated with warm colours and are equipped with all the essential amenities to make each traveller have the most unforgettable and pleasant stay.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a sauna and bicycles to rent. Additional amenities at this Mediterranean hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, a fireplace in the reception and tour/ticket assistance.
We had a great stay. The location, modern and peaceful atmosphere, pool, lounge, pool bar, and restaurant all came together to make our experience complete.
There were only two downsides: the three small elevators were very slow, and the dinners were often served lukewarm rather than hot. Improving these two points would make an already enjoyable stay even better.
10th visit… I think that says it all!
We’ve just enjoyed our 10th stay at the HM Gran Fiesta in Playa de Palma, and once again it was fantastic. The location is superb, right on the seafront with the beach and promenade on the doorstep. The hotel is comfortable, clean and welcoming, with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Mallorca.
For us, the absolute highlight is the exclusive rooftop pool. Without a doubt, it’s the best rooftop pool in Playa de Palma. The views, atmosphere and setting are fantastic, making it the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the Mediterranean.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a great atmosphere that makes every stay enjoyable.

A matchbox for a room that is $250 a night and no option for laundry. Room has no iron or ironing board. No coffee option for the room only tea. Plaster fell onto our balcony the whole time, water came in during the rain. Mold in bathroom shower area. Towels are motel 6 cheep.
The pool??? Pool closes at 6pm But they start closing it down at 5:30. Fencing was left up halfway around the pool on several days even though people were swimming with the life guard on their phone the whole time. Why it closes so early is weird. Poor service, had to go inside to get the waiter to come take our order. Overall would recommend you stay at Iberostar two hotels over for a cleaner, better stay.

Great hotel. Rooms clean. Ours was a side sea view. We didn't use the pools or sunbeds as the weather was chilly and windy, but looked clean. Rooftop bar and comfy seating was lovely. Breakfasts were plentiful and enjoyable. Despite being b&b we paid extra for two evening meals during our stay which were lovely, great selection of food especially for my friend who is vegetarian. Great location with bus stops outside, 20 minutes into Palma. Lovely to walk along the prom outside our hotel and nice sandy beaches.
