The hotel is located in the heart of the magnificent Playa de Palma, and just few minutes from the airport, rest and modernity meet to bring you an unique atmosphere in the area. This hotel is so clean, lovely reception with welcoming staff. Our room was on top floor always easy to get a lift. The room is smaller than we are used to not much hanging space but as we were only there for 4 days it was ok. No body lotion, tissues, slippers or bathrobe which we find is usually standsrd for a 4* hotel. In saying that the room was spotless, one of the best showers, and again lovely staff who looked after our room.
Breakfast is 10 out of 10 for variety, cleanliness and the attentive professional staff. We never had to wait for a table. We had pizza one afternoon for late lunch it was delicious. We did have dinner one night in the hotel which was the same standered as breakfast.
Downstairs pool very nice area but there are not enough beds, rooftop pool area only had 12 beds. The hotel is only 2 mins from the beach.
It was very hot when we were there the a/c in room was excellent.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and absolutely loved everything! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing vacation.
We truly enjoyed our time here and have only positive memories from our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so special! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful couples' weekend at the HM Balanguera Beach Hotel in Playa de Palma, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
For a 4-star hotel, the standard is exceptional. The facilities are excellent, with everything maintained to a high standard, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our visit.
What really made the stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. They consistently went above and beyond to help, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble from the moment we arrived until we checked out.
The food also deserves a special mention. The quality was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh, well-prepared dishes at every meal. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour.
Overall, this was an excellent stay and exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend HM Balanguera Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Playa de Palma, and we will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our weekend so memorable!
