Really lovely hotel in a great location. Very clean and chilled atmosphere. Second visit and would go again. Bus stop nearby for buses to Palma Cathedral. Every 10 minutes and takes about 15 minutes. Plenty of taxis

Very nice
It was our first time in Mallorca, and we stayed at HM Balanguera Beach Hotel. The hotel looks good ,very clean, modern, and perfectly located close to the beach. I especially want to mention Raúl at reception, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always had a warm smile. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed from giving great local recommendations to making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. His positive attitude and genuine care really made a difference and turned a great trip into an unforgettable experience.
