Opened in 1997 and refurbished in 2008, the family-friendly Prinsotel La Dorada enjoys an excellent location in the heart of the Platja de Muro area, only 150 metres away from the fine sandy beach going on almost endlessly and the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, and just next to the beautiful S'Albufera Natural Reserve, which can be visited for free. Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort are 5 and 6 km away, respectively, and can be easily reached by a regular bus connection. The aparthotel is constructed around a wonderful pool and garden landscape with 1,500 m2 of pool surface including children's pools. Younger guests will love the mini-club or the playground, while the parents get pampered and relax in the fantastic spa area. Sports facilities such as mini-golf, cycling or windsurfing are available. This hotel is perfect for a family holiday under the Mediterranean sun.
We loved our stay at Prinsotel La Dorada. The hotel was beautiful with an excellent set up for kids, the animation team were attentive, talented and made an immense effort to make little ones feel special and valued - Vanessa (our little boy loved you so much), Alex and Anna to name a few! The staff were excellent throughout the hotel during our stay. My husband unfortunately (and completely unrelated to the hotel) had to go to hospital following an accident during this holiday. Following this, the staff were so kind and attentive they made me quite emotional on several occasions - I think the reason I coped for the last difficult day on this holiday was because of the staff who genuinely cared and the supportive set up at the hotel which enabled me to get through quite a tough time! Not a typical holiday due to the reasons stated - but we would return to this hotel in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for all you did.

Travelled here solo. Despite being in a family hotel, it didn’t feel weird at all. Loved the food and the rooms. Recommending the hotel.
Especially the waiter at the restaurant Daniel Camarero sweetened up my stay. He is very reliable, valuing while doing his job perfectly. Always in a good mood, being a nice representation for the hotel‘s staff. Can’t wait to see him again when I come back!
We stayed at La Dorada in August and could not fault it one bit! Our daughter is autistic and struggled throughout the week this was her first holiday abroad so it was very overwhelming. The manager Daniel went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and was so accommodating to meet our daughters needs. The hotel was beautiful, clean, with friendly and helpful staff, Thank you Daniel, the other managers and the rest of the hotel staff and a special mention to the young girl on the desk at breakfast she was always so happy and friendly! The hotel is located near the beautiful Playa de Muro beach and a short walk to all local amenities and transport to Alcudia old town. On arrival we were welcomed with a glass of Cava and soft drinks for the kids. Our room was lovely and the hotel facilities amazing. The several pools were great for all ages and the buffet was well above standard buffet food I have had In similar hotels. We were able to experience the other restaurants on site due to an upgrade we negotiated with Daniel the hotel manager. He made our stay truly memorable and all the staff were accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.
