The complex features a wide range of facilities and services, meeting the needs of every type of traveller.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
An excellent 9 night stay here, from arrival till departure we couldn’t fault the resort. Having stayed at a few Iberostar hotels this one is certainly the favourite for us. The rooms are lovely and light, clean and spacious (we had main bedroom while two daughters in the living room/bedroom). Bathroom shower was nice and strong and the rooms made up everyday by the hotel staff. The pools and beach are where this hotel shines, excellent splash park for kids aged 1-10 I would say. Three slides, a bouncy ball and differing activities in the pool to engage the kids. The beach at this end of Alcudia is great, very clean and super safe for young and old kids. My daughter on went to kids club a couple of times for the odd activity and enjoyed as preferred to be in the pool with us. The kids club staff are always doing something to entertained. Food in the buffets and restaurants was always really nice and varied, this is one of the reasons we come back to Iberostar each time. Overall a great stay and we are already thinking about coming back next year!
Amazing hotel, fantastic friendly staff. Will definitely be revisiting again next year.
Great one week holiday with an 18 month old.
First time on an all inclusive holiday. Found the buffet food of good quality with plenty of variety. The three onsite restaurants Mexican, Greek and Spanish, were also very good with plenty of choice. The buffet changed slightly every night for example one night they had sushi, but they always had pasta/rice/meat/fish etc. The cafe was 24/7 and serves bakery items and coffees which was super handy. There is also an ice cream shop on site.
Staff were friendly and seemed to be everywhere (in a good way). They were always cleaning up around the pool area / food areas, and there were plenty of them working behind the bar which meant never queuing. Plenty of choice for alcoholic drinks.
Hotel is right on the beach. The beach was lovely and found the sea water to be warmer than the pools. The water in the sea was clear and although one day there was a storm so some seaweed was washed up, the majority of the beach and sea is seaweed free.
Swimming pools on park side were great for our child and other children. Didn’t go into the playa side pools but they looked very nice and better for adults who want to relax.
Hotel was clean throughout with room cleaned daily. We stayed in a family room on the park side which was perfect. Lots of space and large balcony. Good quality cot provided free of charge too.
Only thing we would have changed was our room. We faced the outside of the hotel which looked out to the play area. This side was in the shade for the majority of the day, and with our little one sleeping for a few hours in the afternoon, it would have been nice to have sat out on the balcony in the sun. This was just a personal preference however and the room itself was brilliant.
Would recommend to anyone wanting a family trip. Staff were super accommodating, hotel was clean and of great quality!
Just back from a beautiful week in this hotel. Had a gorgeous stay. Staff were so helpful. Kids club was excellent; staff were so lovely to the kids. Breakfast and lunch were excellent. I would 100% go back again.
We stayed here last week and will return as it was fantastic. Sitting on the beach with a wide range of things for kids and adults. The rooms are a good size. The food is lovely. It is a bit isolated so you need to take a bus to Playa de Muro village.
