General view

All perfect. Great hotel great location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful stuff. Very close to the beach. Local shop opposite. 10 minutes walk to restaurants and other shops. 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of free parking spaces. Great for families. Indoor heated pool sauna and jacuzzi. 2 outdoor swiming pools. On site restaurant. Brilliant breakfast choice of everything.

Fabulous

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grupotel Natura Playa. The room was comfortable and clean and the easy access to both the beach and the Albufera Nature Park (and flamingos!) was exactly what we were looking for. However, I'm only rating it 4 stars due to the lack of available drinking water at the hotel. We took public transportation to the hotel (the bus stop is right out front and VERY convenient) so we did not have a car. Once the store next door closes for the night, you are out of luck. The front desk told us that the water from the faucet is not safe to drink. Most other hotels we have stayed at in recent years offer guests drinking water and at this price point, this hotel should do the same. Lack of a car can also be problematic for dining options. Many of the nearby restaurants close early. Otherwise, I would still recommend this hotel if you are looking to be near the park and beach--just be prepared.

Great hotel for access to both beach and nature park (and flamingos!)

The service and the food was excellent. The whole staff without exemption was very friendly and serviceminded. The hotel, the poolarea and the beach was very nice. We had a room with 180 degrees frontview over the sea. We will certainly come back.

Best experience ever

I don’t recommend this hotel!Do not stay here! We were robbed by the staff. We only stayed for one night and when we left the room to go for breakfast all our cash dissappeared - our wallets were in the bags so somebody had to search through our stuff! We travelled all around the world but this have never happened to us before! We only found out after we left so we contcted the hotel and left them several messages but we were totally ignored. Really, choose a different place to spend your vacation at.

We were robbed by the staff!

Great place to relax and very family friendly.
Stayed with wife a 14 months old baby.
All the staff very helpful and respectful.
Food was very good.
Kids menu seems focuses for bigger kids but the breakfast and dinner has food that babies can eat too.
Easy access to the beach.
Tidu and clean room.
There is shop in front with fruits and veggies if you wanna cool in the room.
There is warm pool underground which was very nice for baby.

Great for families

The accomodation features a total of 117 accomodation units. The establishment's common areas include Wi-Fi internet connection. The reception desk is open all day long. The car park may be useful to those arriving by car. This hotel is environmentally friendly. The accommodation's entertainment was designed to amuse all kinds of travellers.
