This attractive holiday complex is located in the north of Mallorca, between the white sand dunes and approximately 3 km from the centre of Ca'n Picafort and approximately 6 km from Puerto de Alcudia. There are a profusion of wonderful bars, restaurants and shopping facilities in the area surrounding the hotel and there is an excellent golf course roughly 8 km away.
Built in 1987 and renovated in the year 2000, this air-conditioned hotel offers a total of 598 apartments with 2,200 bedrooms spread over 4 floors. The complex is surrounded by 5,000m² of beautiful gardens. Additional facilities include a TV room, a bar, a pub, a newspaper stand, a supermarket and a full air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant. Guests may also make use of the hotel's room service facility.
The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a kitchenette, a minibar, a fridge, central heating and a safe.
Guests may make use of the swimming pool and solarium. Fitness enthusiasts may take advantage of the tennis, basketball, beach volleyball (fee payable), minigolf and table tennis facilities. It is also possible to pay a visit to the dive school (extra charge applies), go horse riding, hire out bikes (additional fee payable) or take part in the entertainment programme.
Guests may serve themselves at the breakfast buffet. Extensive buffets offering both hot and cold dishes are offered in this hotel. There is a daily cooking demonstration and a gala dinner takes place once a week (guests are requested to dress appropriately when dining in the restaurant).
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a water slide and a fitness centre. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
After reading so many negative reviews I was really concerned about my choice of hotel. We have returned home with a bucket full of memories after a really nice holiday.
Family of 4 two kids age 3 & 5. I’m not going to say it was perfect but we had a fab time.
Great points … amazing friendly staff, could not fault anyone. All hard working, friendly and helpful.
Every night pool was thourally washed down and cleaned with all beds put away.
It was just very very busy around the pool area. Which is to be expected in the school holidays. Again as someone else mentions, if people cleaned away their own drinks then it would be much better.
We choose to spend more time at the beach which was great.
Beautiful shallow beach in a great location. Although we paid for beds €21 a day for two beds and umbrella we felt it was worth it with the kids and for some shade.
Restaurants .. food was great , have stayed in multiple groupotels and was of a similar standard that we have had before . Lots of variety , fresh and well cooked. If you get to dinner earlier tends to be better.
We didn’t love the main restaurant as it was quite hot and not much natural light so opted for the beach restaurant . Lovely views of the beach and not as busy and noisy.
The rooms were clean and well maintained . Well thought out with kitchenette. Bunk beds were quite high if you have young children so we needed 2 bed rails in addition at an extra cost of €15
Cleaners came regularly and made beds and towels every other day.
For the cost of the hotel in August for a family of 4 to have beach front access I think it’s a great choice.
It is a big complex so it does get busy so might be better to book else where if you want a quieter experience.
Overall I would go back but possibly not in the holidays or pick a smaller complex to make more use of the pool.
Trip to alcudia old town was great but would prob go on a non market day so it’s not so busy.
Also loved the catamaran trip to see the dolphins
We also paid extra for partial sea view which meant we were away from noise in the evenings .. worth the extra £100
Was anxious to come here after reviews & actually we are currently enjoying this hotel, not so many children so not loud @ all, pool area is good & many beds so no need to rush trying to find a good spot, beach is so close outside very nice was real busy but lovely, not much weed..we are half board which is perfect as we like to look around other areas to eat for lunch & very good places, our apartment isn't best but it's clean, sofa is not so good or the beds which is x2 single as a double"not so good" the staff we have met are pleasant & very busy, personally i would say our apartment block could do with a up to date as outdated honestly if this hotel only knew it's potential would be 4/5 for sure, me, i would love to have it & make over the same issues i have read...breakfast is so good & all staff work very hard & polite, evening meal is okay be great if they tried theme nights i.e italian, chinese, indian etc i think this area needs to be addressed, entertainment is okay but not it's best so far , hoping it might improve however people do seem to have fun but for us not my kind of thing, this hotel is massive so getting around @ first is a challenge, overall many pluses but also some downs..hoping in the future who ever runs this hotel comes up with a good make over, mosquito's yes but if you buy the creams lotion etc not an issue..well done really to all staff who work hard to make sure people have a good stay..i don't believe it's the staff @ this hotel i believe it's the oldie outdated stuff here that let's this hotel down.."m"
We visited 30th August-6th September 2026. Paid around £2300 all inclusive for the 3 of us via TUI. For what we paid and it being school holidays it was good. This a very busy and cramped hotel when it comes to sunbeds around the pool and the buffet resturants. Food for adults was good and wwhat you expect for 3 or 4 star all inclusive. The Taverna experience was a really welcome change. Much calmer. Very biege for children but probubly what most kids enjoy. Doughnuts were very good even at breakfast (oops). Many many children as you would expect for school holidays and a hotel that is geared up for kids more than adults. Kids club was great although often booked up, we managed to get a a spot still because of a no show. Used that twice. Entertainment stage is small so it was mainly just singers but the acrobatics 1 night made a nice change. A fair few extras to pay for 6 euros for big trampolines, 10 euros for zorb balls on the pool. 66euros for 6 professional photos digital and small print, 10-20 euros for hairbraid/wrap on site in the evenings. You could buy candyfloss and more fancy ice cream. All are optional but be prepared to manage expectations of your little ones. Many of these extras need cash too. Many cocktails were 4.70 euros extra but the basics were included like pina colada and they offer non alcohol version which was nice change. Branded soft drinks were good and choice of juice at every meal was nice. The safe in the room was free which was nice bonus! They also upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment in G block no view but it was really spacious. Lots of noise outside because of what sounded like bins being emptied but it did not bother is too much. Personally I will be looking for a hotel that is a bit more sedate and calm for eating experiences but it was still a great holiday. If you have children or adults who get overwhelmed with noise and packed spaces, bring headphines or this just might not be the place for you. To get what I am looking for will probubly cost at least an extra 1000 for the 3 of us so for value for money in the school holidays and the holidsy we had, it was good. Recomend a trip to the old town but go on a cool over cast day. We went on market day and had to wait for the bus on market day. Bus only cost 9 euros for 3 of us return i think. Pay by tapping card per person. Really easy :) beach was beautiful and sea was warm with it being September. Pools were great although packed and busy. Small waterslide perfect for our 6 year old! Floor around the pool could have been cleaner one one day it did not seem to get cleaned over night so was very sandy. Staff worked hard though and we want to thank them all for the efforts in the 35 plus heat! Our transfer bus did not leave for around an hiur so our journeybfrom Birminghaam airport was over 10 hours which was a bit nuts for a 2.5 hr flight! Not sure if there was a delay but we regretted not gettkng private transfer.
The location was perfect for me, some shops but not too many. Easy bus ride to Alcudia or CanPicafort. The hotel atmosphere was relaxed but getting a sunbed was difficult, lots of signs saying towels will be removed if unattended but this did not happen. This is rule is not enforced. The hotel is tired, not entirely sure why it is a TUI Blue level, other than they got enough tick boxes filled to meet level required. None the less this was a great holiday, plenty of pool space, we had a magnifecent view and a throughly enjoyable time.
Enjoyed our stay here Feel that the food was all good and plenty to choose from. Service was good and staff helpful. Found the entertainment a bit lacking compared to other tui blues we have been to. The polls were good but sadly not was closed for half a day after someone was ill. Managed to get a sub bed everyday. Be careful as we were up quite early and on the beach when a member of staff was taking towels off beds which was a bit confusing as people were already using the beds and no way they could tell who was and was not reserving beds.
Good for families and we did enjoy our time there and would go again
