This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa de Muro, just 800 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. Inviting shopping areas with shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The Airport can be reached within an hour drive. The welcoming 340 rooms come with everything added for guests to guarantee a pleasant stay. There are three swimming pools in the outdoor complex, two of them for all the guests and one only for adults, as well as a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. Those wishing to relax may kick back in the hot tub and sports enthusiast may make use of the hotel tennis courts and the in-house gym. Guests can enjoy at the buffet restaurant with a wide variety of dishes for all meals or drink at the bar.
Dip into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room. The complimentary beach shuttle makes getting to the surf and sand a breeze.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We arrived late but the welcome was still there! Friendly reception staff, helped us, showed us what we needed. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Great location, 15 minute walk to the beach, restaurants & a few bars. Or you could stay and enjoy the entertainment at the hotel. Different acts every night all quite enjoyable. All in all we had a great time.

We stayed in this hotel end of August 2026 for a week. family of 3 people. Rooms spacious and very clean, staff polite and helpful. Food disaster, we were halfboard and after 2 nights we decided that the food is not right. We ate outside the hotel despite the extra cost!
Stayed here for 7 nights. Check in ok but young girl on reception needs to know it’s rude to keep going from one guest to another. Serve one guest at a time please. She’s quite abrupt too. Everyone else on reception perfect & attentive. Hotel & grounds including pools are kept very well. The staff here work long hours as you will see. Always have a smile on their face & nothing is too much trouble. Entertainment was brilliant. ABBA tribute, Soul & Motown night, Bruno Mars tribute. There’s activities for both adults & of course the kids club. Free shuttle bus down to the beach every 30 minutes. Now for the not so good! Rooms are cleaned daily & cleaned to a good standard, there is & kettle & fridge in the room too. No tea or coffee is provided just a bottle of water! They don’t provide clean cups either or wash them. We had to boil the kettle & wash them in the bathroom! We did ask for clean cups & were told no by the abrupt young receptionist! A little hit & miss if you get clean towels even if you leave them on the bathroom floor as instructed! Reception sorted that though. Not all your drinks your drinks are free with all inclusive, certain drinks you have to pay for which they don’t tell you when booking, They are however if you are premium. Certain cocktails are watery which was a let down. We’re not big drinkers so were a little disappointed. Food although nice & varied not huge choices for the size of the hotel was quite bland, i understand you have to try & cater for everyone but it’s just bland & disappointing. Talking to other guests we weren’t the only ones who thought the same unfortunately. We would stay here again? We had a lovely time here but unless the food improves we wouldn’t stay here again which is such a shame as everyone works so hard to make sure you have a nice time here.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Clean, friendly, activities fantastic. The food is ok, but need more choice, especially hot meat. Kettle & mugs in room ( take your own tea & coffee etc) but cups are not collected and replaced with clean ones. Not hygienic! Had food at the snack bar and paid as not AI. Not nice....the pizza was like cardboard and not cooked properly on top. Lovely hotel, I would return, but only if an improvement in the food. I think all safes in rooms should be included in the booking for customer's security and not chargeable.
