This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa de Muro, just 800 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. Inviting shopping areas with shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The Airport can be reached within an hour drive. The welcoming 340 rooms come with everything added for guests to guarantee a pleasant stay. There are three swimming pools in the outdoor complex, two of them for all the guests and one only for adults, as well as a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. Those wishing to relax may kick back in the hot tub and sports enthusiast may make use of the hotel tennis courts and the in-house gym. Guests can enjoy at the buffet restaurant with a wide variety of dishes for all meals or drink at the bar.
Dip into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room. The complimentary beach shuttle makes getting to the surf and sand a breeze.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Returned today from a holiday with my friends. Enjoyed our visit. Great greeting and info on arrival. We had asked for a top floor quiet room and we got exactly that. Huge room and extremely clean. Only thing was lack of sockets but we used the bathroom ones to charge stuff! Only 1 in bedroom. The rest was fantastic. The 3 pools were fabulous. We visited all 3. The adult pool is lovely and quiet. The Breeer pool is a lovely setting but the pool was 1.6 m depth so I had to buy a noodle. The main pool was amazing. The setting, plants and palm trees add to the place. We were bed and breakfast. The breakfast was a good selection. The omletes made as you wait were delicious. We had the chicken breast baguette at lunch that was so fresh. We walked to the main strip for evening meals. Smiths restaurant was the best by far. Friendly family. Made so welcome. Great prices and the food faultless. Best to book. We briefly saw some of the evening entertainment some evenings. The groups were great. The karaoke night was a good laugh. We were worried about the mosquito horror stories but we didn't get bit. Took wrist bands and sprays. It was a great hotel and holiday.
Staff were so pleasant and helpful, apartment was spacious. There was a variety of food to suit all tastes. The entertainment was brilliant, there was something for all ages.
Lovely family friendly hotel with plenty of entertainment on an evening and a varied menu. We spent most our time around the adults only pool which was quiet and relaxing (with great choice of cocktails). We looked forward to a regular daily vist too, from a family of ducks that live on the adjoining lake/wetlands. They brought a smile to many faces. Breakfast was excellent and varied and hot food was available from a burger bar near the family pool throughout the day. It was great value for money. Drinks/cocktails were generous and well priced too. Room was clean, tidy, spacious and with a great view over the complex. Beds were comfy too. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times and if you didnt fancy the 10-15 min walk to the beach there is a free coach that runs regularly throughout the day. All excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing time and have no complaints at all. Really enjoyed it and had a very relaxing holiday.
Great hotel very friendly staff specially Juan Jo at the reception is exceptional. Victor is extremely helpful. In the dining area Abdulahi and Nair are very helpful and friendly
We were looked after as soon as we walked through the doors, from reception staff, dining staff, cleaning ladies and Jose the shuttle bus driver. Food was lovely and ample enough. Pool area was clean and enough beds to go round. My 3rd visit and my sisters second and going to book up again soon.
