We stayed at this hotel from 19/07/2026-27/07/2026 after flying from Manchester, and after our airport transfer we arrived just after 1pm. We were welcomed by Pep on reception, who was incredibly friendly, informative and made us feel at home straight away. He explained everything clearly and pointed us in the right direction for all of the hotel facilities. We stayed in room 218, which overlooked the hospital, gardens and mountains rather than the pool. This wasn’t an issue for us at all, as we didn’t come on holiday to spend time looking out of the window! The room was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. It was fairly basic, with a fridge, TV, hairdryer and air conditioning, but it had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked fine, which was a lifesaver given the temperatures during our holiday. We stayed all inclusive and genuinely couldn’t fault the food or drinks. There was an excellent variety at every meal. At lunchtime you could choose between the main restaurant or the pool snack bar, and each evening there were themed dinners. You also have the option of eating at the BBQ restaurant at Cap Blau, located behind the hotel, through the gates at the rear of the pool. There was a smaller selection of meats there, with premium cuts available for a supplement, which we didn’t choose. We actually preferred the main restaurant and didn’t use Cap Blau again for the remainder of our stay. The drinks selection was fantastic too, with plenty of choice throughout the day. The Cocktail of the Day at the pool bar was a particular favourite and never disappointed! We happened to arrive during a heatwave, with temperatures reaching the high 30s to low 40s alongside extremely high humidity. I have honestly never experienced heat quite like it. Because of this, we spent most of our holiday relaxing around the hotel and pool. Although the pool area was busy, there was still plenty of room to swim, play paddleball or simply sunbathe without feeling overcrowded. We were early risers and were usually on our sunbeds by around 8:20am. I would say that if you arrived after around 10am, you’d probably struggle to find a bed until people started leaving around 2–3pm. The water jets that came on each day between 12:30pm and 1pm were a great addition, and the smaller shaded pool beneath the palm trees was noticeably cooler than the main pool, making it the perfect place to cool down during the hottest part of the day. Both my partner and I agreed that this is probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. What really made it stand out, though, were the staff. Every single member of the team worked incredibly hard. We regularly saw the same staff serving breakfast, then dinner, and later working behind the bars in the evening. I don’t know what their shift patterns are, but they deserve huge recognition because they never stopped working, despite the intense heat. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and welcoming. The daytime entertainment was brilliant. There was plenty going on if you wanted to join in, but the entertainment team were never pushy. If I had one small suggestion for improvement, it would be the evening entertainment. During our night stay, we only spent a couple of evenings watching the entertainment by the main stage, including the Queen tribute and Michael Jackson show, as well as the World Cup Final shown on the indoor stage. Most evening entertainment takes place at Cap Blau, next to the lake, but unfortunately it simply wasn’t worth the number of mosquito bites! Speaking of mosquitoes, this is worth mentioning for anyone visiting the area. I’ve travelled to Muro/Alcúdia more than ten times and know mosquitoes are common, but this was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. My partner came home with over 80 bites, while I had fewer but much larger reactions. We used insect repellent, citronella and aloe vera, but nothing seemed to make much difference. This is absolutely not the hotel’s fault, but it’s something future visitors should be prepared for. The location is another point people often mention. If you’ve done your research before booking, you’ll know it’s a quieter area and you’ll need transport if you want busier tourist spots. We didn’t see this as a negative at all. The Bellevue strip was only around a 5-minute taxi ride costing approximately €8, while Port d’Alcúdia was around 18 minutes away for roughly €17. We used Mallorcab throughout our stay and found them excellent. Even if the app initially showed you were 20th in the queue, the waiting time reduced very quickly. The nearby beach is, in our opinion, one of the most beautiful in Mallorca, with crystal-clear turquoise water that’s simply stunning. We flew home yesterday and are already suffering from serious holiday blues, which says everything about how much we loved our stay. Overall, we genuinely couldn’t fault this hotel. There really is something for everyone. I’ve seen some complaints about it being advertised as “adults only” despite accepting guests aged 16+, but during our stay we experienced no issues whatsoever. Everyone was respectful, the atmosphere was peaceful and we had a wonderfully relaxing holiday. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful hotel with fantastic pools, freshly prepared food, excellent handmade cocktails and some of the hardest-working staff you’ll ever come across, then I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. A huge thank you to every single member of staff for making our holiday so memorable. You should all be incredibly proud of what you do. We will absolutely be recommending this hotel to everyone, and we can’t wait to return 🇪🇸❤️

Our third trip. Fabulous hotel, great location near the most amazing beach amazing beach. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning great. Food is plentiful, varied, tasty, staff work tirelessly refreshing drinks in the evening. Hotel is spotless. Highly recommend.

Overall a lovely hotel, staff can’t do enough for you and always attentive. Air con is lovely and works a treat. Wonderful showers in the rooms as well. Located only a 15 min walk from Muro beach, beautiful.

As an urgent thing, they are not very quick to put out wet floor signs or mop up wetness. I had a fall on my first day and broke my toe due to slipping. Just be wary walking around in sliders or flip flops.

A few things though:

• food is not hot for dinner, it’s very much lukewarm and cheeses and meats look very sweaty with flies on at times.
• be careful of the room you are listed as having, mine said it would have coffee and tea making facilities, it didn’t. And you can’t get any drinks after 11/12 at night until 8am next morning.
• wouldn’t recommend as a solo traveller, nothing to do with the hotel, but very much a couples hotel so wouldn’t come here again as a solo.
• pool isn’t as big as it looks on pictures and people rush to put towels on sunbeds from 7:30! No one removes the towels despite some being on there hours without anyone coming.
