Noise!!!
Facilities, rooms and food all fine. Location, location location was a big no no! Its on a dual carriage way, just before the dual carriage way its 3 lanes so a motorway? Yes its on the very front but eeeks the noise of the road is so bad it stops you EVER wanting to sit on the balcony. The staff were lovely and moved us 2 floors further up to room which was a little further back but still had a full sea view. This now was near the steps at the side of the building, so whilst we were further back from the traffic noise we now had steps noise. Teens and drunks hanging around very late at night and lots of shouting.
Yes all out of the control of the hotel but I wish had done better research. The staff and breakfasts were lovely.
V0ery disappointing
We are a couple of friends who holiday together and booked our break nearly a year before going. We pay extra for our own room .When we arrived and shown to our rooms we were told we couldn't have better rooms as the hotel was fully booked. We hadn't asked for better rooms but this comment made us feel we'd been fobbed off with their worse rooms. The rooms had a wardrobe but no drawers to put other clothes in. The outside "swimming pool" is a joke as very small, the water at one end knee high and the other end came to top of leg. The indoor pool very small and think only one person would swim at one time. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. 0

Short break
Flew to Palma on Monday. 3 days at the Mirador. A1 bus then walked to the hotel. Really easy. Location is excellent. Love the marina. Breakfast was excellent as was the view from the balcony. Staff are nice. The room was basic with no safe or kettle. It was ok. We were level 6. Love the little area with the roof top pool. We went to Cala Major for 2 euros. Up the steps and cross the road line 4. We also went to the beaches the other way for 2 euros. Number 30 bus cross the road by reception. All in all very happy. Because we explored it was perfect
Great hotel
Ideal location for most places in Palma. 15 to 20 min walk to cathedral area. Great view of the marina from the front rooms. Rooftop pool was nice. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Would definitely book again
Wonderful stay!
Perfect location to old town and with stunning views of the marina and even the Cathedral. Thank you to the Hotel for providing me a bottle of fizz on the house to help me celebrate my big birthday ….I really appreciated that ….great surprise in our room! Staff were all helpful and friendly even looking after our cases all day whilst waiting for our late flight home, locking them up and also for making us feel welcome to stay and chill. Rooftop pool with bar was ideal to relax and stay cool with beautiful views of the marina once again. Comfy beds and very clean room, very spacious restaurant upstairs with fabulous views once again would definitely recommend this place and we plan to return in the future
