The staff were exceptionally friendly and could not do enough for you. The staff serving breakfast even remembered how you liked your coffee!
Great location, as everything is a short stroll away. On a quiet street. If I visit Palma again, I would 100% stay there again.
We had been before about 3 years ago. I emailed to ask for certain things. Our requests were full provided for. The welcome by reception staff was first class. Welcomed us back and thanked us for returning. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was fantastic. Lovely shuttered floor to ceiling windows with Juliet balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were welcomed with complimentary Cava and chocolate dipped strawberries. Breakfast service was very good. The choice of food wide ranging to cater for all our tastes. There is a restaurant which is an addition since our last visit but we never had chance to try it. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel. If the staff at all of the Melia group are like those at Summum then you can’t go wrong
Súmmum Boutique Hotel is located in the old town of Palma de Mallorca, the main city in the island. We came here last year in November to have breakfast, because it was the birthday of my daughter. Really the buffet full breakfast was awesome! We enjoyed a lot and my daughter too! In fact, we taste the buffet, benedictine eggs and some cakes and pancakes. All of the was exquisite! The place is very modern and comfortable, really excellent facilities. Also, the waiter was very friendly and my daughter was very happy. Fantastic experience only for breakfast!
One of the best hotels we've stayed in. So comfortable, welcoming, friendly. Service was excellent. Beautiful building. Room brilliant. Location very good too. We will definitely book again when we're back in Palma.
This was our 3rd visit to Palma in recent years but the first time at this hotel. I have to say it's one of the best hotels we have stayed in. As it was celebrating an anniversary we had booked a junior suite which was spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet even though we overlooked the main street.
The customer service was excellent from every staff member we had contact with. The server at breakfast remembered our order from the day before and the staff member on reception greeted my partner by name. It's these small touches that single the hotel out as being outstanding.
We are looking at returning to Palma for a few days in November and will certainly return here. Highly recommended
