Great Hotel, Location and Staff
An excellent hotel with great staff (Vincent was so helpful all the time). Nothing was too much trouble and even after we checked out they continued an excellent level of help. Great location with lots of good quality bars and restaurant's close by.

The cleanest & most beautiful boutique hotel
From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells absolutely amazing, and you’re greeted with a lovely welcome drink on arrival. The staff genuinely cannot do enough for you, and a special mention has to go to Bianca, who is an absolute asset to the hotel. The cleanliness is 10/10. The cleaners work incredibly hard and the whole hotel is spotless. The evening turndown service is also such a lovely touch. And the rooms are incredible! The pillow menu, GHD hairdryer & straighteners and lovely bathroom toiletries really make the stay feel special. Everything has been thought of. The hotel is also wonderfully quiet and relaxing, which we loved. If you’re looking for somewhere with lots of atmosphere this may not be the hotel for you, although there are plenty of bars close as it’s in such a good location. The only slight disappointment for us was the pool area. It’s quite underwhelming, with only a few sunbeds, a small plunge pool and access via fairly steep stairs. Overall, though, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Wonderful Experience
Had a wonderful time for the 5 nights we stayed at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, it was an amazing experience.
Bianca greeted us as we got out of the taxi, which was a great first impression. We were offered drinks whilst Bianca dealt with our check in. We were early, but the time we waited was used constructively with Bianca telling us about the hotel, giving us a quick tour, offering advice on restaurants, etc, that we didn’t even mind the wait until our room was ready.
The location was perfect. It was about a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Palma with all the shops and restaurants, then another 5 minutes to the Cathedral of Palma. The hotel is an old palace and it’s a beautiful building and even though it’s so close to the centre, it was very quiet as it’s tucked away from main streets.
Each evening, Housekeeping would give us a chocolate mini bar - yummy!! They also did a tuck down service each evening. A bottle of complimentary water was left each day by Housekeeping, which really helped with the hot weather.
The room itself was beautiful, with Chopard toiletries provided as well as complimentary Chopard body lotion, shower caps, toothbrush set and vanity accessories which were replaced daily if needed. They also have a great hair dryer and as I found out after we left, GHD hair straighteners - which unfortunately I didn’t see until we were leaving and I thought they were mine - only to find out when I returned home that they were the hotels!!! I had to email the hotel straight away explaining what had happened and spend €40 returning them to the hotel the next day!!! The bed was amazing and there was a pillow menu. There was plenty of storage and enough hanging space with hangers.
The breakfast was lovely - great quality food and good choices of food - menu was small but no complaints.
Can’t say enough great things about the hotel, will definitely recommend to anyone who wants a perfect experience whilst in Palma and will definitely be returning in the future.

Amazing Gem
Absolutely wonderful stay!
had such a lovely experience at this hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well located — close to everything while still feeling quiet and relaxing.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection from both the buffet and the à la carte menu.
Overall, the hotel offers great value and a wonderful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!
The best experience
A wonderful boutique hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything was well thought out, and the attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay.
