We stayed two nights while in Palma at the end of August and were delighted. When we arrived mid morning and suspected that our room was not ready. We checked our bags at the front desk, parked our car in their basement garage, and explored town. They texted as soon as the room was ready for us, plus they were kind enough to bring our luggage to the room ahead of time. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a nice view of the town and part of the harbor from our room 506. The room shower was outstanding, especially the high pressure shower wand. This hotel has multiple pools, including one on the roof with their amazing Sky Bar with great views. Highly recommended and would be glad to return!
Beautifully located on a shady major avenue, very close to the truly excellent modern art museum, and easy walk down to the waterfront. We had a wonderful tasting menu dinner at the hotel restaurant. Very comfortable room and bath. Very reasonably priced for being so luxurious. Loved it.
This is a difficult one for me because the room was good with everything we needed including a small balcony overlooking trees.
The breakfasts were very good with a great choice. Lunches were also good with tasty salads, club sandwiches etc.
The staff were reasonably friendly and certainly helpful particularly when we had an issue (nothing to do with the hotel).
The pool area on the ground floor is okay albeit not very attractive. Great views from the roof bar area (there is a small pool up there) but almost no shade and it was very busy.
So what’s not to like? I did not sleep due to the rock hard beds and pillows that smelt of stall sweat. They did give me fresh pillows and put a topper on the bed, but it still wasn’t comfortable. For me any hotel has to get bed and bedding right before anything else so unfortunately I wouldn’t go back.
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Saratoga in Mallorca, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely perfect.
The location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Palma, it is the ideal base for anyone looking to enjoy the city’s world-class shopping and cultural sites. A leisurely stroll to the Port takes only five minutes, and the stunning views of the Cathedral are a constant, breath-taking reminder of how beautiful this city is.
Our deluxe room was incredibly comfortable, and provided a premium view of not only the Cathedral, but also some huge cruise liners either arriving or departing. We were particularly impressed with the bathroom facilities; the shower was excellent, and the inclusion of premium ‘Rituals’ toiletries added a wonderful touch of luxury to the stay.
The service, however, is what truly sets this hotel apart. The staff are the epitome of professionalism—incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to their guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and their attention to detail made both of us feel truly valued.
The breakfast spread was spectacular, featuring everything you could possibly ask for, and more, ensuring a great start to every day. With the summer heat in full force, having the choice of three separate pools was a lifesaver. While they are small in size, they are absolutely ideal for a refreshing dip and a bit of relaxation.
It goes without saying that I would book Hotel Saratoga again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a flawless stay in Palma, look no further.
What a wonderful hotel! My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much, the hotel was clean and the staff were so kind. If I am ever back in Palma I will be staying here again! Will be recommending this hotel to my friends! Thanks for a great trip!
