Reverence Mare 4****SUP only adults hotel is located in Calvià, on the southwest coast of Majorca, just a few metres from the magnificent beaches of Palmanova. Our hotel is ideal for adults who wish to enjoy new and pleasant experiences of relaxation, rest, gastronomy, wellness and/or sports.
Enjoy its seven pools, six of which are outdoor pools, three of them have a swim-up area where you can relax in their Balinese beds, swim-up hammocks or loungers. The swimming pool located in the Sky Lounge, a terrace on the roof top area with daytime access exclusively for guests staying in superior rooms and enjoying wide panoramic views of the surroundings. Finally, an indoor swimming pool at the SPA, next to the complex's gym.
Relax in our Spa, with free access for all our guests, with indoor pool, whirlpool bath, hydrotherapy, sauna, Turkish bath, Scottish showers and treatment cabins.
The hotel has a varied offer of rooms, most of them with a view to the swimming pools or the Mediterranean sea. It also has two Suites and a Presidential Suite with a private terrace located on the highest floor of the main building.
Our restaurant service offers an excellent menu, either in the buffet restaurant or in our a la carte Snack Bar. In both restaurants you will be able to enjoy their excellent dishes and themed gastronomy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – One of the Main Reasons We Keep Returning
We have just returned from another wonderful stay at this hotel and felt it deserved a special mention, particularly for its exceptional customer service.
As returning guests, we already knew what to expect, but once again the hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed on a half-board basis. The breakfast was as good as ever, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. We also felt the evening meals had improved since our previous visit, which was great to see and very much appreciated.
What really impressed us was the level of service we received before we had even arrived. We contacted the hotel by email to ask about a room upgrade and this was arranged quickly and without any fuss. We later emailed again to ask whether there were any rooms available for our daughter, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. Even though they couldn't help on that occasion, the response was prompt, friendly and helpful.
We then contacted them once more to ask if our daughter would be allowed to spend a few days with us at the hotel and use the facilities, including the pools. The hotel kindly accommodated this request, which meant we were able to enjoy some valuable family time together during our holiday.
Every email we sent was answered very quickly, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. That level of care and attention really stood out to us.
On arrival and throughout our stay, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to help. It is clear that customer service is taken seriously here, and it makes such a difference to the overall holiday experience.
A lovely hotel with great food, but for us it is the people and the outstanding customer service that make it special. Thank you to everyone involved for helping make our holiday so enjoyable. Great hotel
4th visit to this hotel .everything spot on staff helpful we had booked sea view room. Had emailed to ask to be in main building .when arrived were given a room in other building so we asked to swap they already had a note against us saying could move to main in 3 days .on the day of swapping they had told us would need to check out at 11 but room might not be ready 10.30 that morning get a call yo say that room wasready .new room brilliant only room with massive balcony and great views .Hotel dead clean and all staff friendly .would defo like that room again.

Wow….
First time stay here. Have been coming to Palmanova for 10 years now and previous stays have been at Fergus Style and Zel, this time wanted to try the Reverance. Hotel is stunning, don’t listen to the negative AirCon comments as it’s honestly fine in the room. Breakfast is excellent and the poor area is spotless.
We will most definitely return.

On arrival we got our room to which it was ok with jacuzzi bath on balcony! Wasn’t aware it was across the road from reception but still ok

Brilliant modern hotel, don't panic about panoramic building its great.
Absolutely beautiful hotel.
Still currently here and 3 days in know its a 5 star review. I was slightly ary as we had booked two comfort sea view rooms and there are some negative reviews... Don't worry, it's a clean modern hotel with a link to the main hotel underground.
Food is great, good choice at breakfast and dinner and the quality is very high for a buffet. Usually a good selection of fish, meat and vegetarian/vegan options with loads of salad and deserts.
The staff are very attentive and keep the place absolutely spotless, we haven't done much pool sunbathing as it is right in the heart of Palma Nova, I would say you do need to be ready at 10am when the sunbeds become available to get space at the main pool if that is your thing. We have sat at the panoramic pool and it is quiet. The air-conditioning in the rooms is brilliant too.
The lifts work well but we usually take the stairs as they aren't bad. Towels available for 10 euros each deposit and 10 euros for safe, bith good value in my opinion.
Gate at the bottom of the pool takes you right onto the strip and multiple bars and resteraunts.
Panic over about the panoramic building! It's great!
