All you could want from a city hotel.
We stayed at the Puro Grand Hotel for seven nights and we really enjoyed our time there. Even before we set off we were in touch with the hotel concierge Elena to arrange transfers. Elena proved to be friendly, helpful and very efficient, as were the the rest of the staff particularly Melanie and Chloe on reception. The amenities were excellent for a small boutique hotel. The restaurant provided high quality breakfast and dinner. The roof terrace was calm and relaxing and the spa was first rate. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the WiFi was reliable. The hotel is somewhat quirky but is full of character and for a city centre hotel remarkably quiet. We can’t wait to return.
Gorgeous - am already rebooking
I’d never give a hotel 10/10 until now. A lovely find, so well located, room 13 a big suite was big and comfy and the design touches were great, flowers, lots of towels, storage, great interior design.
The staff were genuinely kind and helpful .
Breakfast was great and there’s cava and all you could want, delicious coffee (ask for the proper stuff!) and wonderful eggs.
The beach club is a nice touch, easy shuttle, good restaurant and a good way to pass an afternoon after the city.
Can bordoy botanica and the restaurant garden is a few steps away as is rialto living - don’t miss these stops.
If I had to be picky I’d say the bath robes were cheap and scratchy but that’s only trying really hard !
The whole building is beautiful, calm loved the interiors and can’t wait to go back - and I’d never return so this is a first

Absolutely fabulous!
My second visit to this absolutely fabulous hotel! Fantastic location, beautiful well appointed rooms, staff are beyond helpful. Could not recommend this stunning hotel enough!

Nice boutique hotel!
Very nice stay in Mallorca! The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is tucked in the old town, therefore it is a bit tricking to get there if you are renting a car. The hotel can get a special permit, so make sure to reach out to the hotel for instructions ahead of time.

Great hotel/ Great Location
Excellent Location quick walk to all the sights of Palma, Restaurants & cafes/Bars. Went on a girls trip & would recommend this hotel such a lovely Vibe only downside was no swimming pool! But it is located in walking distance of the beach! The staff that were on over our stay on reception couldnt be more helpful Lauren & Natalia telling us all the local places to go thanks girls! Room was lovely!
