The hotel features cosy outdoor patios where guests can have breakfast outdoors or enjoy a drink in the evening. The hotel also has a small rooftop, a unique space where to relax while enjoying amazing city views.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

We stayed at the Puro Grand Hotel for 3 nights Sept 6-8 2026 to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The staff were super polite and helpful and eager to help. The room was so beautiful. Bed extremely comfortable, shower had great pressure. lots of lighting for getting ready and putting on makeup which was helpful. They provided free bottles of water in our room and tea and treats everyday that we stayed. Definitely a great experience overall . The only thing I would suggest when booking is not have a room next to the courtyard where they served breakfast through dinner. It is very loud in the morning when you may not be ready to wake up or in the evening when guests may be dining until midnight, especially on the weekend. Overall, Absolutely loved this hotel, location was also great for easily walking around the city. Would definitely recommend stay there again and recommend it to others.

I had a really pleasant stay at the Puro Grand. The architecture of the hotel and rooms is beautiful but what made the hotel stand out was the friendly and helpful staff. We were having issues checking in to our flight home and whilst we were waiting in reception, Luciano from reception offered us a coffee whilst we waited. The small touches make a big difference!
The receptionists who handled our check-in and check-out between were very pleasant, as were the porter who handled our bags and the staff member who showed us to our room. We really appreciated the evening turndown service and the water replenishment. It would be excellent to include a complimentary bottle of Cava or Champagne in the room. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant and harmonious stay with you.
