We really enjoyed our stay at Nixe Palace. The biggest advantage for us was having direct beach access while still being close enough to Palma to easily go into the city for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.
Breakfast was included with our stay and ended up being a huge convenience, especially while dealing with jet lag and having activities planned during the day.
The hotel was comfortable, the setting was beautiful, and we felt the location was a great compromise between a beach resort and a city hotel. The staff were always kind and attended to our needs. There are local restaurants and pharmacies located within walking distance.
Would definitely consider staying here again.
This is probably our 7th time back since we discovered this lovely hotel. It is situated on a beach, & as a result, you have amazing panoramic & fully unobstructed sea views from your balcony (not a view of a marina with a ton of boats as you would have if you would stay in downtown Palma). It’s only a 10 minute drive from the historic downtown of Mallorca. It is a 4 minute walk from the summer residence of the Spanish royal family.
Besides the amazing sea views, the hotel staff is simply amazing… from their amazing concierge team (Nina Kepic & Jorge) to their front desk team, bellman, waitstaff, etc etc). They go above and beyond to assist and accommodate their guests. The hospitality they exhibit is simply exceptional. You can genuinely feel the staff is kind and caring (always with smile) & want you to have the best stay & they will take all steps necessary to accomplish that.
We see the same faces at the hotel, year after year, which shows their staff is treated well & they stay at their positions long term due to a good work environment.
They also have amazing food. I cannot stress enough how good their food is, whether it is breakfast, room service, or at their on site restaurant or even pool bar. It is unbelievably good…& it is actually the best food we had while in Mallorca (& we tried several recommended restaurants in Mallorca & nixe palace still had the best food, hands down).
Here, you have the best of both worlds: amazing food/drinks while having amazing panoramic views of the sea! You simply can’t beat it. Highly recommend this lovely hotel & we can’t wait to return! (Thank you again to the amazing Nina Kepic & Jorge)!

Lovely hotel on a stunning beach. Staff are lovely and very helpful and the food is high quality. Beds are very comfortable and i recommend a sea view room if you can. I am already looking to rebook for august.
We are astonished that this hotel has 5 stars. It is located in the middle of a run down town with very little to offer. There wasn’t too much of an atmosphere to the hotel. The staff seemed to show little interest in some of the issues that went on. The rooms were nothing special and seemed like a Premier Inn in size and very expensive. We didn’t believe they were value for money. On the whole, we felt the cleanliness was dealt with round the pool when people were out there. It would seem more sense to have it cleaned the night before. One morning there was vomit around the pool and cigarette butts all over the floor. The noise level was unbearable on a couple of days when a large group descended for a wedding. They crammed the very small pool and were drinking and smoking giving no consideration to others. Management were informed but the bar staff seemed to show little interest. The sun beds around the pool were extremely crammed in which was not acceptable in my view. Smoking was taking place all round the outside spaces of the hotel which I think should be flagged up. The access to the beach was not fully explained before our arrival and was 49 steps down and 49 back. All it mentioned was that access was an issue with no more explanation. The breakfast was very disappointing with warm milk and juices. Some of the staff seemed totally disinterested with the problems and some food was served cold.
