We had a fantastic 10-night stay here and would definitely recommend it. Although 10 nights might seem like a long time for a city break, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring not only Palma but other parts of the island too.
The location was great — around a 15-minute walk to both the Old Town and Santa Catalina, with some really cool places to eat and drink in the surrounding neighbourhood. Our room was modern, clean and quiet, with no issues at all with noise, despite pretty much being in the city centre. We had a balcony too, which was a lovely bonus and perfect for people-watching on the streets below in the evening before heading out.
The rooftop terrace and pool were also a real highlight. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was perfect for cooling off, and we always managed to find a space.
All of the staff were lovely. All in all, a fab stay and great value for money, would happily stay here again.
What an amazing stay. Beautiful hotel. Great location. Fantastic staff especially Nicole who Served us in bar every night. Polite friendly and great recommendations for places to go and places to eat. She is a Great asset to the hotel. Look forward to coming back.
Enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel. Entering the hotel the atmosphere is very relaxed and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a balcony room which, despite being on the small side, was really clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The balcony was great to sit and watch the world go by. The pool area was a bonus - after a long day exploring we returned to the pool area to relax with a cocktail. There is a roof top bar which is also very comfortable with shaded areas. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent with great choices and excellent coffee. The waitress in here was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel for a future visit. Beautiful hotel in a ideal location, only 15 - 20 mins to and from the airport by taxi. Nice modern decor and feel, rooms are nice and cosy and bathroom is supplied with Rituals products which is a extra bonus. Shower was very good nice and powerful water pressure. Paid extra for the balcony room which was nice to sit and watch the busy street below, couldn't hear any outside noise at nice which was superb. Breakfast is table service and was freshly prepared and fairly quick and wasn't too busy when we went down. The spa offers a few massages and only accepts cash or bank transfer if you are wanting any treatments, no card payments are accepted for this. The roof top bar when I visited was unmanned which is a shame as I did want to sit next to the pool with my book and a nice drink but went down and sat on my balcony. I would definitely stay here again staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Grest modern hotel not too far from the historic centre, Cathedral or Marina. We had a charming room with a balcony. The room although small had everything we desired. Also some drinks were provided free in the mini bar. Very nice. rooftop area with plunge pool were you can get drinks & snacks. The breakfast in the restaurant was tasty and plentiful. My daughter enjoyed using the spa area . All the staff were helpful & friendly and provided good restaurant recommendations There are however loads of good restaurants nearby snd plenty of good local shops & bars . I can truly recommend this hotel
