4 of us stayed here in 2 rooms for 3 nights. The rooms were great. Really clean, comfy beds, great shower, lovely toiletries. Window looked out onto a street but it was really quiet. Fast lifts. Breakfast was excellent. Great variety of meats, cheese, vegetables, fruit, pastries, breads and even had a lovely Mallorcan corner, which was great. Coffee machine was decent. We used the pool on the 7th floor and it was great having it as it was hot in Palma. Coming back after a day exploring and chilling out on the sunbed, in the pool or at the bar, with a great view over Palma was a great way to relax. Staff at reception were all really helpful. Location was also great, 15 walk to most places you’d want to go to. I’d highly recommend this hotel for your break in Palma.
We have really good experience with it. Location was perfect, not completely in the center, but also very close. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the opportunity to early check in and also late check out and even free luggage storage. So if you wanna stay in a hotel that makes your life easier while traveling choose this one! :)
I was very lucky. I came for the total eclipse and my friends said "We should stay at INNSiDe". Every staff member we met was so caring and attentive, no matter how busy. I loved the welcome chocolate, the free minibar content, the midweek message left in my room, the luggage facility and the shower room available before taking a cab to the airport. If I had to find fault, I would say I would like a broader menu of vegetarian food on the rooftop. There are vegetarian dishes but this gets dull across a week. Also, it was a shame the larger pool was indoor with no natural light. I didn't use it as this was my sunshine holiday. But I don't find complaint with anything at all. I would go as far as to say this was my favourite hotel stay ever and I am 68, so I have been to a few in my time. I would especially like to give praise to Ruben on reception desk and Antonela in catering. They were both fabulous all week. They made our stay so comfortable and memorable.
We adored this hotel. It’s perfect for couples! Really cool vibe! Gorgeous room, great minibar (free of charge…unheard of these days), fantastic location, fabulous pool area, reasonable drink prices and amazing staff. We were checked in so quickly and staff seemed to genuinely care about your stay. We used the e-bikes outside and this was handled with swiftness and genuine help.
I would 100% return here. Don’t hesitate if you are considering!
Definitely not a 4 star hotel 3 to3.5 is its limit Visited with my wife in July - location was ok 10 minute walk to Plaça mayor and a further 10 minutes to the sea. Our room was on the 6th floor and was small with a very small light in main area of the room which made it difficult when packing to return home Bathroom was tiny little space for toiletries 1 hook for 2 towels extractor fan was useless and shower head and rain shower worked at the same time - I’m sure it’s not meant to The outside terrace bar and restaurant was on 6the floor and the constant scraping of chairs made it intolerable when we were in the room at night why the hotel thinks this is acceptable I’m unclear Pool is very small but despite this there were many children which made the place very noisy as there was nothing else for them to do - I would not recommend bringing children here At check we weren’t asked if we’d had a good stay so didn’t mention anything Second time at a Meliá hotel - unlikely to chance it again
