Location is quite good, in downtown and need bus stop of A1 which is convenient to transport to airport.

Amazing hotel
Stayed for 4 nights in August. Perfect town location. Easy walking distance to old town, harbour and new town. Amazing facilities and room outstanding. Great choice for breakfast. Would definitely return if visiting Palma again

Nice city hotel, kind staff , perfect location
we stayed there for 5 nights and everything was great. Breakfast was good Hotel decoration is nice, a bit dark corridors though location is perfect , we walked around shopping centers, restaurants, pubs , cathedral every day..the hotel surrounding was very lively.
I had a great stay
Thank you for all the servicies provided. I enjoyed my stay. I slept well and breakfast was amazing. I loved the atmosphere. Maybe the elevators were too slow for me haha. First night I didnt know how the air conditioner works and had to fight it and sleep with an open doors - it was hot. But I could ask reception before I did.

The stay was great. Everyone was very accommodating and even we were already checked out since our flight was late we were allowed to use the shower and spa and even leave our stuff with them for hours. It amazing!
