Good points ... Nice food. The girls in the dining room were lovely and welcoming and that's the only welcoming bit about this hotel. That's it.. This hotel has no atmosphere whatsoever. Around the pool is so quiet. You could hear a pin drop. There's no music or entertainment at all in this hotel. To be honest, it's a very boring hotel. The pool is very small and not that many sunbeds. They advertise it as a rooftop pool area but to be honest, it's not much bigger than my bath at home. While we were there only about a handful of people used The rooftop bar and nobody was in the pool at all. The rooms are tiny and ours was very claustrophobic so we asked to change the room and we had to pay an extra 210 euro. The second room was no different from the first. But check the floors first. I walked in my white socks only back and forth from the window to the door and my socks were black. I've got pictures to prove. To be honest all he had was a little better view. And certainly not worth an extra 210 Euros that's a cheek!! There's not much to see anyway and as I said the atmosphere is so dead if you want a silent holiday, you've got one.! Staff on reception don't really want to know unless you're German. The whole of The resort is catered for German people and didn't want to know much about us. Welsh. So to be honest, unless you're totally deaf and can't hear any music at all, don't bother with this hotel. It is so boring. Not worth the money at all or the extra that we had to pay . Air conditioning didn't work either. I had to ask twice for somebody to come and do it. They did in the end. It was nearly.40° that day so we definitely needed air conditioning don't you think? But we have to wait an extra day to get somebody to do it. When I complain to the manager about having to pay extra because another couple didn't have to pay a penny. They said that they had a basic room and wanted to change but why not charge them 210 for a better room and not charge us 210 for the same blinking thing! The manager Christian or something went on and on about the air conditioning problem. I've sorted it out He said okay. I said I know that sorted. I'm complaining about the money I had to pay extra and other people don't. He didn't want to know.! Waste of time talking to him Also a Ronald I think that's his name on his badge I a manager if the dining room. Is very rude and a bit a bit of a creep eyeing up all the young girls and staring at them. He made a few of them feel uncomfortable. We spoke to them in the lift afterwards. What a creep! So I wouldn't bother wasting your money in this hotel at all you'd only be having to pay extra for so-called upgrade

Awful room we had to pay for upgrade no storage tiny space for clothes two shelves no drawers Food average waitresses lovely Pool small sunbeds torn very small steep ladder steps into.pool and they were loose very difficult to get out They cleaned the top tiles of pool while people were swimming .staff very aloof and unwelcoming would not return should be a three star not four much better hotels in the area with lovely facilites Nice area palma beach nice bars to eat and drink.

My sister and I stayed here recently (7th-11th). We stayed in room 203. What a lovely little hotel; albeit a bit far back from the city; about a 20 minute walk. There’s a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel, the reception staff will happily call a cab for you; they’re so much cheaper than an Uber. We had breakfast included in our stay, with ample to choose from. Room was clean, and perfect for us two. The shower control broke on our first night, not a problem. We were given the key to use another room, a few doors down, and the very next day, it was sorted. My sister used the rooftop pool; it’s actually a “plunge” pool, so great to cool off after a day sightseeing. The reception staff are very freindly, and helpful. Overall, would recommend.
