We had a fantastic stay at Es Princep and would happily return. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet corner of Palma’s old town, while still being very central and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants and shops.
We stayed in room 316, a Deluxe room, which was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a particularly good spread and a real emphasis on quality local Mallorcan produce.
What really stood out throughout our stay was the staff – without exception, everyone was extremely friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. The rooftop bar and pool are also a real highlight and a wonderful place to relax after exploring Palma.
We are big foodies and dinner at the Michelin-starred Zaranda was another highlight. We opted for the 17-course tasting menu and were genuinely impressed – creative, beautifully executed and, in our view, worthy of serious consideration for a second Michelin star.
We also used the hotel’s valet parking throughout our stay, which I would highly recommend and consider almost essential if visiting Palma with a rental car.
A genuinely excellent five-star hotel: great location, superb food, lovely facilities and, above all, outstanding service. Highly recommended.
Beautiful hotel. Great location. The rooftop restaurant/bar/pool were great with a fantastic view. Everything about our stay was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to call out Sergio, Enrique, Sebastian, and Ines, though, in doing so, I’m sure I’m leaving out several others who deserve a special thank you for making our stay so memorable.
Excellent location, wonderful hotel, superb facilities, outstanding staff, fabulous roof terrace with restaurant, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. Hope to return!
Superbe location.. great views ( ask for room with sea views ) great rooftop sunbathing as well as drinks and food .. lovely breakfast and friendly and know staff.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and amenities. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
