Lovely hotel and facilities. Food excellent especially the speciality restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Short walk to beautiful beaches.
Zafiro palace Palma nova is the most beautiful comfortable and chilled hotel,the rooms are huge and the balcony’s too, along with the most comfy beds, staff are super friendly and helpful and food is outstanding, some nice touches like tea coffee sugar replenished every day in your room, cups and kettle, free WiFi and safe, dressing gowns slippers the list goes on, very classy place and have went every year for the past 6 year wouldn’t go anywhere else it’s just the best, 2 mins walk to Palma novas gorgeous beach and all the lovely area surrounding,
Fantastic holiday the hotel is beautiful and clean Drinks, cocktails wine and drinks great , service great special mention to cocktail truck maybe should be in a better location Food absolutely amazing we tried all alacarte restaurants all amazing but our favourite was lavarenda on an evening the best apple pudding I have had. Hotel in great location, highly recommend this hotel we have already booked in 2027 return trip
We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday to the Zafiro Palace. It’s our first visit to the hotel and we will certainly be having another visit there.
We opted for Zafiro Club all inclusive and in room 1008. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities required. Housekeeping did a great job every day.
From arriving and throughout our stay, the staff were fabulous. Very friendly, helpful and professional . We could mention lots of staff. In particular we wanted to acknowledge all the help and information from Agustina and Andrea at reception and Tony who was always helpful with luggage and information about the hotel.
Being all inclusive, we ate in all the restaurants. Lunch and dinners in every restaurant were very good, with a variety of tasty menus. A choice of buffet meals and the themed restaurants meant there was a lot of choice, and all were excellent.
The hotel is in a good location in Palmanova, walking into neighbouring Magaluf or taking a taxi into Palma.
We would certainly recommend this hotel. All the staff, our room, pools, restaurants and bars made this such an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. We’ll definitely be returning here again for another memorable holiday.
Beautiful hotel very clean and well maintained, lovely staff. Rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. Pool towels in your room , 2 free bottles of water every day, we did purchase items from the mini bar in our room and thought they were reasonable prices. The buffet breakfast is excellent Lots of sunbeds no need for people to reserve them . Nice spacious balcony Great location Would highly recommend
