Best holiday ever
Absolutely everything about this holiday was perfect. Already looking at going back next year. Couldn’t fault a thing. Food, drinks, room, staff, cleanliness, services. Everything 10/10. We hardly explored palma as was so happy at the hotel.
August summer fun - excellent stay
We had a wonderful week long stay at Zafiro Palace Palmanova. The location was great - 30 mins from the airport and a little less to Palma if you wanted to indulge in some shopping and exploring of the city. The room was spacious and perfect for a young family of 4. Very clean and modern. The evenings were quiet and I can not complain about any noise as we did not experience any. The staff and service was faultless and every interaction with staff was positive. They really go above and beyond to accommodate. The evening entertainment is well placed for younger children - mine really got involved! I would recommend to friends and consider another stay in the near future. Only downside I would say is that the pool lifeguards don't start till 10 and the pool bars don't open till 11. A little earlier would have been ideal.

Run down hotel
This is our third time visiting and we wouldn’t return again. Hotel has become rundown and is starting to look shabby. Our hot tub area was grubby and not cleaned. The staff are amazing we can not fault them but we feel let down by the quality of the hotel when paying £7k for a week you expect more.
Week with family
Fabulous week at this hotel. The team members we dealt with were helpful, engaging and always ready to assist. The food was top class and our son loved the roof level whirlpool!! Under pressure to install one at home!! PS the San Francisco mocktails are amazing. Would recommend all inclusive option.
