Only 600 m away from the beach, the hotel is located in one of the most popular tourist areas of the island. Palma city centre is 15 minutes while the airport can be reached in 30 minutes. Fabulous hotel, great location and very friendly and helpful team of staff. Great rooms and exceptional cleanliness. Choice of pools with snack bar and lovely restaurant. Would definitely return and recommend.
Loved the hotel, particulalry the lobby bar design, as well as the restaurant terraces . Great for families and couples without children - dedicated areas for both: playground and no-kids zone. Short walk from the beach and restaurants. Great bearkfast buffee selection. Did not get a chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, because we didn't book ahead. Taxi service to town or to the airport is fast. If we visited Majorca again, we would go back to this hotel.

We are just back from 10 days in the zafiro palace and we had a wonderful time,the entire place was spotless and the staff very friendly,we stayed in a one bedroom penthouse suite 7201,that had everything you could want that was cleaned daily to a high standard,we had an issue with our hot tub the first few days but each time maintenance was there very quickly and it didn't disrupt our holiday too much,it was a lovely gesture from the reception staff and the hotel management who were all great to upgrade us to all inclusive for the last 4 days of our holiday for our small disruption,all in all we Will definitely go back to this hotel and stay in the same type room,my only small complaint would be as someone that doesn't like beer it would be great if you could get cider in the bar especially strongbow cider/cidre but I was able to get it at most of the bars outside the hotel
We had such a lovely 5-day stay at the Zafiro Palace and honestly couldn’t fault it.
I really liked that the food had allergy alerts, which as a coeliac made things so much easier. The rooms were a really good size, cleaned every day, and the mini fridge was topped up daily.
We were all-inclusive, so everything was included, which was great. We mainly ate in the buffet Restaurant and there was always plenty of choice. The drinks service was quick, the restaurant was very clean and all the staff were really friendly.
Before dinner we had a cocktail in the bar and they were lovely! 🍹 There was a really good selection and they definitely went down well!
There were plenty of sunbeds available, fresh pool towels were left in the room every day, and the swimming pools were heated. The grounds were also really well maintained.
It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the beach and bars, which was really handy.
Overall, we had a brilliant time and would definitely go back. ❤️
