Tropico Playa

Lovely hotel, staff great and food good. Rooms more than adequate with fantastic sea views. Plenty of food on offer and pool area and day time bar was great with lovely staff. We came as a family of 4 with a baby in pram and very difficult to get up and down to pool and rooms due to only being able to access this via stairs. Don’t think hotel is best for small children. Another minus, the drinks in the All inclusive bar of an evening where not the best, the bar you paid for the drinks so much better, but as you are all inclusive tends to defeat the purpose. All in all fantastic hotel for couples, but so many nice bars and restaurants would come BB next time.

We were greeting with a warm welcome, the entrance lobby is beautiful and smelt divine. We arrived early so our room wasn't quite ready, this was not a problem and they put our luggage in the courtesy room, they then told us to go straight in for lunch. After lunch we went to our room which was very spacious and overlooked the sea, room very modern and clean. The food throughout our stay was very good., there was always something even though it was a bit samey, the deserts were delicious. Pool.bar food I would not eat, there were food left on the side to help yourself but it was covered with wasps, also the bar on the rooftop was also swarmed with wasps, the staff said that this was always a problem. Hotel was in excellent location , overall we enjoyed our stay, just needs pool bar food and snacks covered and the rooftop bar looking into why the drink station was always swarmed with wasps.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Palia Trópico Playa and honestly couldn't fault it. The location is fantastic — right across from the beautiful beach in Palmanova, with shops, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. It's the perfect position because you're close to everything, but the hotel itself has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere where you can actually unwind. The hotel is modern, clean and beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. The whole hotel had a fresh, welcoming feel to it, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. And then there's the food! 😍 The buffet was absolutely fantastic. There was such a huge variety and everything was presented beautifully. The photos really don't do it justice — there was so much choice, with different dishes and cuisines, and everything looked fresh and appetising. The tapas selection in particular looked incredible! A very special mention has to go to Lucas, the head chef. ❤️ You can see how much passion and pride he puts into his food. He's not only incredibly talented but also brings such a lovely personality and positive energy to the restaurant. He really makes guests feel welcome, and the food is a huge credit to him and his whole kitchen team. Lucas, you absolutely smashed it! 👏❤️ The atmosphere throughout the hotel was lovely — relaxed, friendly and welcoming without feeling too hectic. We particularly loved having the option of the rooftop adults-only area as well. For us, the hotel offered excellent value for money. When you take into account the fantastic location, beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, friendly staff and the quality and variety of the all-inclusive food and drinks, we felt we got a lot for our money. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Palia Trópico Playa and would happily return. A huge thank you to the whole team, and especially Lucas, for helping make the stay so enjoyable. ❤️
