Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location great . Rooms cleaned every day and nicely decorated. No sun bed wars plenty off sun beds to be had all day. Roof top sun terrace was lovely also plenty off sun beds to get . Staff lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Food was good a bit repetitive but something to eat everyday. The manager was lovely and went out his way to speak to you . Will be bavk again . This is our 2nd visit to the hotel and they did not disappoint us
Very disappointed with our visit to this hotel. Had treated ourselves as I had a special birthday.
Positives -The location is great – directly opposite the lovely beach.
The hotel reception were friendly and allowed us to go into lunch before the room was available.
Negatives-It is not suitable for anyone with Mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and our lift did break during our stay and there is no back up.
The room was a lot smaller than expected and although we got a sea view so did 80 % of the rooms so an upgrade was a waste of money. The room was clean but nowhere to put cases.
We could not sit out on the balcony as the rooms either side had smokers and you smelt it as soon as you walked out onto the Balcony.
The Shower had fancy waved tiles and the mirror had backlights but they have forgotten to put in a shelf for guests to put their own shampoos etc.
The rooms are not soundproofed. We could hear conversations and the TV in the next room.
The food option is ok but not great. The allergy labelling was sparce and non-existent at the pool bar.
It took me three days to locate the allergy guide, which is nowhere near the food.
I don’t expect to have to ask the staff to be able to get buffet food.
The drinks on All Inclusive are really poor. The wine in the Dining room is barely drinkable and the Juices etc are all watered down. The cocktails were ok but very sweet. Shame it all has to be in plastic glasses.
They allow smoking in the outside dining area which is really off-putting.
The pool area has plenty of Sun loungers and parasols but is not relaxing as the music is so load. The Adult only area on the roof is a lot quieter. They could do with a door closer on the stairwell for this as guests don’t seem to be able to close a door quietly.
The evening entertainment was sparce and not worth sitting in a cold room to watch.
The staff all work hard but as the hotel misses the relaxing element we wont return.
Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, fabulous location near the beach, delicious food and helpful staff. Only negative was had to pay to use the safe in the room which I think should be included in the price.
Nice hotel with very nice location. We had very nice room with a sea front view. Beds were very comfortable and house keeping did a good job. In general the entire hotel area was clean. We were positively surprised about the food and thanks to master chef Łukasz, we really felt looked after. Food quality was great, especially different sort of meat, good salats and there was always some seafood available. 4 minuses:
We liked it so much in May we returned in September for my husbands birthday. Allow the staff were very welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. A good selection of foods. The only complaint was having to carry suitcases up the stairs to building 2. Looking forward to return.
