Set just steps from the crystal clear waters and wide stretch of sand at Palmanova beach, this family-friendly hotel offers the perfect vacation spot on the sunny island of Mallorca. Families will delight in the four outdoor pools, including a large lagoon-style pool, children's pool and paddling pool for toddlers, and the hotel offers a full programme of entertainment with parties, evening shows and live music for adults and children alike. There is also a nursery and Flintstones-themed multi-adventure children's park. The two main restaurants offer rich and varied buffets with show cooking and international and regional dishes, while the pool bar and lounge bar serve a wide choice of drinks, juices and ice creams. This hotel's excellent facilities, services and location make it ideal for enjoying a carefree family holiday and discovering the most beautiful corners of the Mediterranean.
Enjoy recreational amenities such as an outdoor pool and bicycles to rent. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and a television in a common area.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Fantastic holiday, something to do for everyone. Exercise classes for adults every morning, kids club and activities all day. The entertainment team dont stop all day, the best team by far we have experienced. Hotel is in ideal location from beach and wandering. Perfect for a morning run along the beach. Food is fine, there is always something the kids would eat, yes could have more variety but they didnt starve. Snack bar is easy with kids too.
Location is great, so close to the beach and to the promenade, loads of shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and modern with good-sized balconies, but that is all of the positives. The rooms are tiny, the beds even smaller; they are so narrow you have to wake up to turn over. There are just 3 plug sockets in the room, so take adapters and extension leads. The pool situation is a joke, yes, it has 3 pools, including a kids' pool, but the whole hotel seems to congregate around 1 pool. Unless you are up early, you are not getting a sunbed, and I mean like 6.30am. Hotel rules are that they do not allow reserved sunbeds but no one sticks to it. We ended up on the Solarium out of the way in the end. In this pool, there are games several times a day, so you don't have a lot of time to just relax in the pool, in fact, you can't at all as it's carnage in the pool as well as out of it. Also, note that adults are not allowed to use inflatables )lilos or small floaties/chairs); this rule IS enforced. My suggestion is that you have the other 2 pools for kids and leave 1 for adults only. I would also suggest that you remove the chairs and tables during the day to allow for more space in the pool area. Food....do not stay here unless you wish to live on burger, pizza, hot dog, chips, as everything else served up doesn't make any sense; it's bland, tasteless, and odd...who serves boiled brocilli for Breakast! We were really looking forward to trying all of the different fish, however, as it was unseasoned and without a sauce, we ended up avoiding it. We love trying local dishes when we are away, however, I don't think this Hotel gave good representation. meats, cheese and bread and desserts delicious! Trying to put a meal together was impossible, as you may have pasta and a sauce, but then no option for meat, thin slices of meats were cooked such as chicken, but that was dry and again unseasoned. We don't really drink so can't comment massivly on that, I did try the strawberry daquiri, which was sour, but the pina colada was nice The snack bar is full of birds, which put me off, we didnt eat from there. We had to move rooms on the 1st day, os lost a day of our holiday, this was becasue the airco in our room didnt work, and it was unbearably hot, they gave us a fan, but with only 2 working sockets out of the 3 you can imagine it was was a bit of a s**t show. We were moved the next day, however, we were not told this was possible until the following day. If we were told that on the night, we would have just slept as best we could and moved on. All in all, not the experience I expect or have had on other all-inclusive holidays and would not visit again
Great hotel, excellent location, exemplary cleanliness, exceptionally kind and friendly staff, a wide variety of delicious food – in short, a dream holiday (despite its unfairly low rating !) If I had to mention something negative, it would be that at breakfast you have to search high and low to find a tomato or an olive (plenty of cooked food, but no vegetables for a salad). Also, breakfast didn’t start until 7.45 am (at some nearby hotels, it started at 7.00 am). These minor problems are inevitable; you simply can’t please everyone 100 per cent...
