Fantastic hotel and staff Our 10th year here which speaks for itself
Fantastic stay was my first holiday abroad and had an amazing time. Room was absolutely spotless and spacious had a ground floor apartment and enjoyed having own sun-beds. Close to beach and supermarket just around the corner really was a perfect location. All staff were lovely and friendly. Loved it so much have booked to come again next October.
Very nice sized apartments, definitely go for a Premium ground floor one so you have a terrace/sun beds on it. As our last day we couldn't get a late check out so needed beds by the pool and there were none available by 10am, loads leave towels on them as there was a thunderstorm and the towels were there for the entire day with no people on them. (avoid room 59 I think it was, its the one right beside the exit so everyone walks by you and they had a tiny patio)!
When there are activities on in the pool the absolutely blast the music so it felt a bit much. The pool doesn't open until 10/10.15am.
Rooms and areas are spotless, but we arrived late and the sofa beds weren't made up for the kids. You pay for the safe, deposit for towels, I feel for the price we paid the safe at least should be included and even a bottle of water as a welcome!
We went for the unlimited brunch, I wouldn't do that again, its limited and repetitive, no soft drinks available with it just water/sparkling water and the juices from breakfast.
All in all I'd say a good spot with younger kids as close to the beach, not a good area for those with accessilbility issues as paths outside the hotel are lethal with broken tiles/cars parking blocking the pathway.
For the price we paid I feel there should have been a bit more luxury (spa/gym), bigger bar, adult area etc. If it was cheaper I'd have given 5/5 but for the price it just wasn't there food wise either.
Incredible stay as always !! Have stayed here about 8 times now and each time we are never disappointed! Everyone is so lovely bar staff cleaners etc and a special mention to Chema and Juan who are the most lovely friendly people and make you feel so welcome every time! We can’t wait to go back again next year already counting down the days haha! The food is great rooms are lovely and clean and the location is the best !
Cas Saboners is a reasonable hotel. The superior apartment was clean and a good size though if we had older kids we may have struggled a bit more. The chair which also doubled as a bed was extremely uncomfortable. Aside from that the kitchen and bathroom facilities were adequate.
There's a kids pool and a very small play area with a slide and something else. There is no proper kids club. It is about a 10 minute walk to Aldi and in the opposite direction about 10 mins to the beach.
They do a buffet breakfast which extends till 1pm with menu changing to include things like burgers, chips and pizza. They don't have a dinner servive but similar food can be ordered at the bar. The concept is great but unfortunately the food is not. Pancakes were often hard, strange tasting bacon and poor quality sausages and hash browns. The lunch was only slightly better with hard, burnt pizzas and soggy chips.
Overall, while it wasn't a bad stay, I probably wouldn't stay hear again.
