Conveniently located in Palma Nova, this stunning hotel is just about 200 metres from the beach. Palma Nova is about 10 minutes from Palma and can be reached from the airport within about 20 minutes. Constructed in a Mediterranean style, this air-conditioned aparthotel offers guests a wealth of facilities. The hotel features an Internet terminal with free WI-FI throughout the complex including rooms, and a playground and kids' club are on offer to the hotel's younger clientele. All apartments offer capacity for up to 4 people. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Stayed for the 2nd time at Cas Saboners and we will keep returning. We never go back to the same place but Cas Saboners is an exception and we will definitely be returning again. Great service on reception, cleaners everyday and everything is spotless. We had the unlimited brunch this time and there was something everyday for everyone. All of the kids loved it, The apartment on the ground floor was great and we really enjoyed our stay again. Thank you for a great holiday again and see you again soon
We have just had the best possible holiday for 10 nights. Loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff in reception were so polite and helpful, and due to a knee injury I sustained just before the holiday, I needed a mobility scooter. They ordered me on immediately and it arrived in seconds! Amazing. We loved our ground floor apartment with terrace so much. We never had to get up to reserve sunbeds, just had a lovely lie in each day and then we would go for a dip in the pool and come back to our terrace. I loved breakfast and lunch on the terrace each day too. The sofa beds were ideal for our boys, aged 14 and 11. The air con was great. I wasn’t expecting a frequent cleaning service in a 3 star aparthotel, but the cleaning staff came every single day and gave us fresh towels and cleaned up. I was really surprised and happy about this. We loved the pool - never too busy and ideal temperature. We loved happy hour each day in the hotel bar - 2 for 1 on beers, cocktails and soft drinks. I did wish it included cava but this was cheap enough anyway so I just had that regardless. We also had lunch a couple of times in the pool bar, which was nice and a reasonable price. And sometimes, the kids would order a tapas dish in happy hour if we had a late dinner booking. They enjoyed the Kentucky chicken and the crispy prawns with sweet chilli dip. We couldn’t believe how quiet the hotel was, despite being full - we were never woken at night or in the morning. Only on our final night were there a group of really loud children running around and shouting at 1am but this was a huge family group that arrived that day. This wasn’t nice but nothing to do with the hotel itself and total luck of the draw with the guests, wherever you might go! The location was fantastic, with such a huge amount of restaurants and the beach. We explored all of Palmanova and had a night at Magaluf too, but our conclusion was the Son Matias area was the nicest so we were so happy with the hotel location. We used the next door mini market for pastries for breakfast but also went to Aldi a few times to stock up on wine and lunch stuff. This was an easy 7 min walk round the corner. We had a late flight and hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t keep our room beyond 11am. However, we used the pool and bar all day and then the hotel provide us towels and courtesy room for showers. I’d been apprehensive about this because I usually fly home early. But I loved having an extra pool day and the facilities were great so I’d have no issue doing that again. Felt like such a bonus to have an 11th day!
We never return anywhere as there’s just too many places to go and we like a new experience each year but if we were ever unsure where to go and wanted a relaxing holiday in the sun, with awesome meals out, I would be more than happy to come back.
We have had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how proud the owners and management team are of what they have created. The hotel is exceptionally well run, with high standards of cleanliness and daily housekeeping that keep everything looking spotless.
Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. One gesture that really stood out was when they arranged for a birthday letter to be delivered to my son, inviting him to collect a treat from the bar. It was such a thoughtful touch that made his day extra special.
There are also plenty of sunbeds, so there was never any need to rush out first thing in the morning. The hotel has a sensible policy that allows staff to remove towels if a sunbed has been left unused for more than 45 minutes, which stops people reserving beds all day and ensures everyone gets a fair chance. It's another example of how well the hotel is managed.
The entertainment is perfect for the size of the hotel and is ideal for young families. There's enough going on each evening without it feeling loud or overwhelming.
I was also impressed by how well the hotel is run. The staff clearly care about all of their guests and don't hesitate to enforce the rules when needed. We witnessed them dealing with guests who were swimming late at night and disturbing others, asking them to leave because they weren't respecting the hotel rules or fellow guests. It was reassuring to see the team putting the comfort and safety of everyone else first. The only word of caution I'd offer to future visitors is to be careful with the people offering photos with parrots and snakes. We found them to be very overpriced and not particularly good value.
Overall, this is a wonderfully run hotel with a hardworking team who genuinely care about their guests. The pride they take in the hotel shows in every detail, and it made for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a friendly, well-managed place to stay.
We’ve just returned from these apartments. Our first time visiting and already looking at when we can come back.
Pros
Location - fantastic location. Five mins to the beach, bars and restaurants. Local shop next door to the apartments and a short walk to Aldi for your essentials. Short walk into the main strip of palma nova and the opposite way into Magaluf if you want something a bit livelier in the evening.
Rooms - spacious and spotlessly clean. Daily maid service with towels changed and beds made. Room had fridge with small freezer, cooking rings, microwave, toaster and kettle. Just enough for breakfast/lunch in the room. We ate out every evening. Air con was amazing, much needed after a day in the 36° heat. Reception and bar staff really friendly. Safe available to hire Hairdryer in the bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space.
Lifeguard on duty all day Entertainment team did something at the pool each day and every evening there was a different performance on.
Cons
None!
Would highly recommend to a family or couple.
We absolutely love this place. A great location, friendly and helpful staff. We always book ground floor so have own patio and sun beds. Pool area and bar food is great. We really enjoyed the unlimited brunch, lots of choice and never too busy.
