On entering the hotel ypu are welcomed by a fresh clean hotel with friendly welcoming staff. All staff polite, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent value with everything you could possibly want. My only complaint is the hill outside the hotel. Definitely NOT suitable for anyone with walking difficulties
Long walk down to beach need to be fit to walk back up. Young people's hotel but not noisy at night. Air con needs to be better in rooms. Cleaning of rooms good. Food in hotel hit and miss. Also watch out for the ants who like to party en mass in your room!
There was only one woman on reception most of the time, she was friendly but only so much she could do on her own. Key was thrown at us for the luggage room - no one helping you with your luggage like at most hotels, no one checking you gave the key back. One day there were no towels for us to hire, and were told we would have to wait maybe 2 hours. So had to go and buy our own. Skirting boards in the room mouldy including inside the shower. No room to get changed in if you had a late flight. The staff were not very helpful and we almost felt like an inconvenience being there. The pools surrounding tiles during the day is dangerous, on a slant and very slippery tiles. Most places you go, the lifeguard doesn’t let you lift a finger with moving beds and brollies etc but they couldn’t care less. They wouldn’t allow us to pay for late check out, telling us the whole hotel was full. However a quick google search later, the hotel was in fact not full. Really ruined our experience, I guess you get what you pay for!
A very disappointing stay at this hotel! We paid for all inclusive, which was a big mistake. The food was to the poorest of standard, with very limited options. If you have young children you would find it almost impossible to feed them here. We only attempted 2 evening meals and had to pay to eat out every day which we hadn’t planned for. The bar also closed daily at 10pm which is early compared to other hotels. The all inclusive option here can only be described as a complete rip off. To find the positives, most of the staff were nice and friendly and the room was cleaned daily but it just didn’t feel like a relaxing or welcoming experience, even the simplest of things like asking the receptionist to call a taxi felt like we were expecting too much of them. this is definitely not a 4 star hotel so I would not recommend to stay here
What can I say… the worst experience ever. Even 3-star hotels don’t stoop this low.
When it comes to booking, they lie through their teeth. The “all-inclusive” package supposedly includes everything you need to stay at the hotel comfortably and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. However, once everything has been paid for and you arrive, you are suddenly confronted with new conditions, brochures, and information that completely contradict what was provided at the time of booking.
Snacks, ice creams, pizzas, cocktails, and most of the drinks are not included after all!!
You really have to have some nerve to simply say, “These are our conditions,” and then present a pile of brochures and information that are ONLY made available to the customer after arriving at the hotel!
