In the hotel which is classed as the main building guests will find panoramic terrace overlooking Palmanova bay, miniclub, swimming pool and terraces with private access to the sea, garden, gymnasium.
Take in the views from a terrace and make use of amenities such as complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services. This Mediterranean aparthotel also features an arcade/games room and a television in a common area.
Had a great stay at this hotel! We were kindly upgraded to a top-floor sea-view room, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was a little small but comfortable for two, and the views were absolutely fantastic.
We stayed half board and were really impressed with the food. It was typical buffet-style dining with plenty of options and a good variety of drinks, so there was always something to choose from.
The location is really convenient, with both Palma Nova and Magaluf easily accessible around 5 mins walk to either one
The pool is located at the front of the hotel by the harbour. Although it’s next to a main path, it was clean, spacious and had steps access to the sea, which was a great bonus.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return
The hotel was lovely and great value for money. The room was clean, all the facilities you would expect/need and also had complimentary bottles of water on an arrival which I found a nice touch. The only small thing I’d highlight which wasn’t always ideal is we were on the 7th floor and there are only two small lifts so you can be waiting a while or end up getting the stairs.
The location was ideal for us, very close to the beach and very close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants.
We were bed and breakfast. The breakfast had good variety and we found the food at breakfast to be nice. The terrace bar at the hotel is also great and the drinks are well priced.
The staff were super helpful and friendly too.
Overall, the hotel was great value for money and as described!
The positives: The beds and the pillows, were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We really enjoyed the view from the hotel and the location. It is in a lovely spot and is well situated for getting around. Outside bar area is lovely and a great spot to spend the evening .
Sadly the hotel has some negatives … It did not feel like a 4-star hotel. We paid extra for a superior room, but it felt like an average room, with the main difference being that you pay extra for the view. The room was also lacking some of the little extras you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The towels were very poor quality, basic plastic chairs on the balcony , floor was gritty in the bedroom, there were no tissues in the room, and some of the door handles were actually falling off. These things may sound petty individually, but when you add up all the little issues, they do make a difference.
In the pool area there aren't enough sunbeds, and you really need to get one by 8.30 or you won’t get one at all. The parasols were also fixed in place and couldn't be moved, which meant you couldn't always get any shade where you were sitting. We weren't offered an alternative parasol either when we asked for one and the lifeguard was very unhelpful , which was frustrating, particularly when you are spending the day around the pool.
Well situated, lovely atmosphere with friendly staff, rooms are snug for 3 sharing but if you aren't in much it doesn't matter, good value for money we booked half board and upgraded when we got here, it's very clean in my opinion. I would visit again
Food excellent Waiter staff lovely polite and friendly. Bar staff soon got used to our order would definitely recommend this hotel.
