Brilliant stay
Wonderful hotel , staff were incredible , especially in the bar and restaurant , Santiago etc . Would love to come back .
Great hotel for families!
We had an amazing stay! This was our third time at this hotel, and once again, our whole family had a wonderful holiday. The beautiful sea views, lovely pool, great food and overall atmosphere make it a place we genuinely enjoy coming back to.
A special thank you to all the wonderful people who work here. A few people really stood out during our stay: Juanma and Santiago at the restaurant were always incredibly polite, helpful and in such a good mood. They really made our meals even more enjoyable.
Polina from the entertainment team is incredibly talented and brings so much positive energy! The whole entertainment team deserves a mention, as they do a fantastic job.
The reception team was also always very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything.
Overall, it’s a great hotel with very good facilities and a wonderful team. The only thing I would personally improve would be the mattresses and pillows. Unfortunately, I experienced back pain during the first few days of our stay. I travel quite a lot and rarely have this issue, so I think upgrading the beds would make the experience even better.
Despite this, we had a fantastic holiday and, after visiting three times, this hotel definitely holds a special place in our family’s Mallorca memories.
Totally dissatisfied
Arrived at the hotel and was dealt with Very well .Then given our room numbers unfortunately when we entered the room and entered the toilet the shower tray was full of black hairs which we washed away. We then decided togo on to the balcony we all went observed was lots of buildings containing power units such as air conditioning units hardly any decent views and continued noise for the whole week of power plants making sleep very hard . After mentioning this to a staff member to be told the hotel was fully booked . Would I return unfortunately not .
Family friendly hotel
This hotel is a very family friendly with so many amenities. All the staff is friendly and always willing to help, especially to Santiago in the restaurant and Ernest and Carlos from the reception who will give you good recommendations where to go. Were 13 groups and we definitely will cone back here
