Just back from a weeks holiday to palmanova. Hotel was fab, staff were lovely and accommodating. Rooms were very nice and clean (fresh towels and bed made every day), amazing views of the beach. Tea and coffee facility in room (just had to bring own milk) and safe in room for extra charge. Continental breakfast was good, huge selection to choose from. Cocktails from bar excellent, were the same price as any bar/pub but they were worth it. Beer was cheap. Only downside was there was only a small amount of sunbeds by the pool that got the sun all day, however there was the roof terrace that got the sun all day with plenty of beds/cabanas. Also, you could access the pool from the beach front without your key card so anyone could walk into the pool area, which did happen once however staff was quick to turn them away. Hotel generally quiet with no entertainment but we didn’t mind this and just went out in the evenings.
Perfect location. Skip and a hop from pool to beach. Sun loungers never hogged which was so refreshing. Staff were always helpful and kind. Breakfast was lovely. Everywhere was clean and tidy. AC in the rooms was perfect. Lots of really nice restaurants a short walk along the strip.
Only fault is that we should have booked longer. Would highly recommend. We will def be returning
My wife and I have been going to this hotel every June and September for the past 10 years but this month things are looking a bit different. I will start with the meals, we always booked half board with was fine until we learned in September that things were changing in 2026 in that the buffet style evening meal which was always just ok was changing to a-la-cart. We still booked half board for June 2026 but I changed the booking in April when friends of ours who were staying there emailed us the menu each day which was totally Spanish food and not a single thing on the menu was to our liking. This was confirmed over the past 2 weeks by the lack of people using the restaurant for the evening meal. I noticed on our first day that the hotel had started to encourage passers by to use the hotel facilities throughout the day which I felt was a bit strange and also noticed a few gangs of young males using the facilities which concerned me slightly. This was confirmed the next evening when I informed the waiter that I had seen 2 dodgy looking males going upto the VIP area which our room opened onto. To give the hotel staff credit this was dealt with immediately and I didn’t see them again. After this the board was taken down from the pool area entrance from the beach encouraging non residents to us the hotel facilities and from that moment things improved with the exception of a young girl having her bag with her valuables in being stolen on the VIP area during our second week. We still had a great stay but will look at alternative accommodation for September as this hotel has become one of the most expensive in the area.
Beautiful hotel, well situated, lovely staff and outstanding choices for breakfast. Room with fridge and kettle much appreciated
Just came back from a 4 night stay at this hotel with my best friend and loved every minute. We did not arrive until late and check in was very quick and simple and was offered a drink on arrival and a talk through of where everything was we needed to know. All staff very polite and helpful. We went bed and breakfast and found the selection of food choice great. We had a sea view room on the 5th floor and our view was absolutely phenomenal!!! Rooms very clean and lovely. The only thing was we had a massive dent in the wall on the bed side but that did not ruin our stay. Hotel right on the beach front. Hotel is in a great location plenty of shops and restaurants right by. Pool was small but I actually did not mind it especially having the sea right by. Hotel was very clean and always smelt lovely. Would definitely go back to this hotel.
