This luxury hotel is situated in the tourist area of Palma Nova, around 200 m from the beach. Countless shops, delightful restaurants and bars as well as public transport network be found close by in the surrounding area. The airport is around 25 km away. This hotel offers stylish guest rooms, equipped with convenient amenities added for a pleasant stay including air-conditioning, a small fridge, satellite TV, a balcony with views and a large bathroom with hair dryer and toiletries. The hotel features a swimming pool on the terrace with sun beds. Guests can take the opportunity to learn archery as well as petanque. In the evenings there is also an á la carte menu on offer of local and international dishes.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
where do I start this is honest review as you will get hotel nice staff nice animation good rooms nice clean areas lager great drink in general good but one massive let down the food is the worst I've ever had 1 meat per day usually chicken legs or chicken thigh very poor quality everything is cold breakfast was even worse bacon or should I say bacon fat is not good for this hotel to attract anyone the food needs a shake up because it is as bad as reviews say it's a let down as staff etc are great
The hotel itself looks lovely on arrival , but it soon became apparent that it was very dated . For a 4 star hotel it really is missing its mark , the rooms are very small and basic , bathroom was clean but the tiny bath is so old and marked . Our balcony overlooked a busy street and nursery so if you don't like screaming kids all day don't stay here . There we're no net curtains so people from neighbouring houses could see you getting changed. Then we come to the fact that there is no kettle and tea making facilities, no bottles of water in fridge , upon asking at reception we were told we could hire a kettle for 18 euros and a 10 euro deposit and buy bottles of water at 3 euro . Mmm I think not . And onto the restaurant where all the food was stone cold , not much variance and choice so we ended up eating out . Would I stay here again ...No..... is it 4 star ....No ... would i recommend it to others ....No
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Firstly food was awful, wether it was breakfast, lunch, snack or evening meal food was always cold, microwave was provided in the restaurant which just goes to show, I don't want to go away on holiday to be using a microwave to heat my food. Not a lot of choice on the menu. Secondly, some staff were really rude and ignorant, however the cleaner on our floor was always happy and singing away while she worked. Discs are handed to you on check in, in order to have a plastic cup during the day for drinks, one of our group left theirs in there room and was asked for a euro to have another, rip off. Location isn't the best, about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main strip. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel is absolutely lovely, we found some incredible friends during our holidays and I would thank the staff for their kindness and hard work, the bartenders, receptionists and not to highlight the entertainers. We laughed so much at bingo and quizz!!! We will come back 100%
Location was good, hotel was clean, staff were nice and friendly. The food was not hot unless you were right there when they brought it out fresh from the kitchen, it reminded me of school dinners. The rooms were ok but not what I would call as advertised a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star hotel no bottled water the fridge in the room only worked if you left one of your keycards in the slot all day while you were out.No hot drinking facilities in the room, no iron in the room, if you wanted to make a cup of coffee or tea in your room you had to pay € 17.99 for a week with a (€10 deposit of which you got back.) Can’t recall the cost to hire the iron but it was €5 for to hire the ironing board. All the drinks were watered down and I mean all, the beer, the spirits even the morning juice's all watered down. The WiFi was a joke if you could get on. The night time entertainment was absolutely terrible don’t get me wrong the animation team did their best to involve anyone that might have been at the show. I could here what TV program the room next door were listening or watching. This is one hotel I WILL NEVER STAY AT AGAIN.or recommend to anyone I know to stay at, in fact I’m only back from holiday 1 day and I’m going to change my review it is not a 2 star as earlier stated it’s only a 1 STAR ⭐ .
