What a wonderful hotel, lovely and clean. Staff very accommodating. Food is lovely and so much choice. Rooms are lovely clean and presentable. The aircon is amazing in your room. Fresh towels were given every day by the pool and in room. House cleaning to rooms was every day. The shower is amazing, coffee machine in room which is such a nice touch. The bar staff by the pool work so hard and keep the drinks flowing. The cocktails here are wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely be back again.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel in 2026, first as a couple in April, and this week just gone with our 19 & 16 Year Olds.
When we arrived the first time, check-in was warm and friendly, and we were offered a welcome drink. This time we were asked if it was our first time at the hotel, it wasn't particularly friendly, and no offer of a welcome drink, but there you go, not the end of the world.
We had a high floor room for ourselves and the rooms as requested for the "kids" which did have an extra charge to ensure getting these rooms, but we were fine with that.
As always the rooms were nice with comfy beds, great A/C and a lovely balcony with beautiful sea view.
In terms of housekeeping, we only got a visit on 2 days, which was a little annoying and when they did come, I can't say they did the best job overall this time, but I understand the hotel was full and they are under pressure, so I can understand that.
My main issue though, was the main pool, particularly the lifeguard, who was rude, and didn't apply the same rules to everyone. My kids were swimming for about 45-minutes, came out of the pool to dry off, only to find their towels removed and other people on the sunbeds. Before questioning the new occupants I asked the lifeguard and he said "30 minutes only, then I take towel" so basically, if you're in the water, you get 30 mins before you get out or you lose your sunbed.
Funnily enough however, there were plenty of beds with towels/bags/books on, that hadn't been occupied for hours, that he chose to ignore and not remove the stuff from. When this was questioned, his already terrible English, became completely non-existent. I reported this to reception, who seemed almost to find this funny, they genuinely didn't give a damn.
There is also a no floaty rule apparently too. My wife has a small inflatable buoyancy aid which she uses, the minute he saw it, he demanded she take it out of the pool, his capability to speak English had returned. When I explained that she uses this due to health issues, and offered to show him proof of disability, he suddenly couldn't speak English again. Once again what was really upsetting, was later on, someone was using exactly the same floaty thing in the pool, and he let them carry on using it, and shrugged his shoulders when I asked him why my wife wasn't allowed. This alone is good enough reason to not come back to the hotel.
The upstairs pool/bar was lovely as always, and overall the staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was lovely every day, however this trip we made the mistake of having dinner in the restaurant as we saw it was "Tapas Night" which in reality was more like "Let's cook and serve whatever has a short date" night as there was nothing Tapas about it!!
A shame that the 2nd visit of 2026 wasn't as good, but it's enough for to not go back to this hotel.
Really liked this hotel, beautifully located on the seafront with amazing views. Extremely good service and quality of food. We stayed bed and breakfast and there was lots of choice. Enjoyed lunch at the pool restaurant. We also used the buffet restaurant one evening and again lots of choice and many items freshly cooked as you wait. We were leaving very early on our last day and were provided with a packed breakfast and there was also orange juice, coffee and fresh pastries available at the reception bar as we waited for our transfer. The pool attendant was really good, we watched him put information cards on beds that had been reserved, and then removed the towels if no one occupied them within a reasonable time limit. Discreetly done but got the message across. He also moved beds about to ensure maximum availability and was generally doing an all round great job. The sky bar is a lovely place to have a drink and the staff very welcoming. If 5 star to you means lots of activities and entertainment, you’ll be disappointed here, but for ambience, service and all round comfort it’s great. Didn’t specifically choose the hotel due to being adult only, but it did make a nice change. The rooms were on the small side, a few expected items missing, and I’m not keen on open plan bathrooms, but very comfortable beds and pillows. There are lots of nice places to eat on the seafront and can get a nice walk in along the front too. Behind the hotel is Magaluf which wasn’t as pretty.
Beautiful hotel, beds are the comfiest hotel beds I have ever slept on. Shower is perfect and the views are stunning. We stayed bed and breakfast which was perfect as the location is a stone throw away from lots of restaurants and bars. My only negative is the toilet in the room- the door is see through and doesn’t lock so very little privacy.
