Fantastic sea view and friendly staff’s
Wonderful friendly welcome, clean modern rooms , although a little small. Breakfast really fresh and plentiful. Evening meal excellent cooked to order and very tasteful. Good location right on the beach and nice walks in the evening x
We visited a friend for dinner…. Wow what an amazing experience! Staff are super welcoming and the food amazing with plenty of gluten free choice if needed. I even got a gluten free beer!! The chef talked me through what I could and couldn’t have and the food was out of this world! Lovely atmosphere. We are huge Fergus fans having stayed at Fergus Style Palmanova 9 times now.
We are coming to the end of our 6th visit to the hotel.Hotels positioning couldn’t be better and is meticulously maintained. The rooms are small but organisable and maid service is great. Buffet food is very good and varied Above all the staff are excellent,efficient extremely able and above all friendly Highly likely we’ll be back again Only suggestion how about adding Guinness to your beer selection
Had a week here as a family, having visited other 5 star hotels this definitely does not warrant it. Pros, clean hotel, house keeping was great, breakfast lovely, friendly staff, rooms are small but have everything you need. Cons. This really got on my nerves, everyday without fail every sun longer reserved with a towel even though a small plaque requests you are not allowed. We attempted to get loungers at different times of the day not once all week were we successful. I placed my feet in the very cold and small pool, waited and waited. No towels were ever removed, over 25 beds just reserved with nobody returning. No porter to help with cases, no entertainment in the hotel. The location of the hotel was very much on the border of Magaluf and you could definitely hear it at night. Great view from our balcony of the island.
