FERGUS Bermudas

Sitting here on our last night sad as we have had a wonderful time at this hotel Had a wondeful 7 days with husband and 13 year old. Staff are so friendly and hard working a credit to the hotel. Food has been good 😊 plentiful and loads to choose from. We ate out few times which was a nice change along the beach.
Gabriel and his entertainment staff make this hotel constantly asking if your ok anything we can do. They go above and beyond to entertain kids and adults. We have had a great time and will definitely return for a weeks break. Beach bars and restaurants are a 5 min walk out the back gate. We went to stadium bar a 10 min walk past McDonalds for a few tribute acts but get there early for a table. We got a bus you Palma 40 mins cost £4 each way busy stop is 5 mins walk from hotel . For the money and value I would definitely recommend this hotel it’s small but everyone is just so friendly Thanks for a lovely week 🤩

One of the best holidays I’ve ever been on. The hotel is amazing, it’s clean, well maintained and just big enough for the amount of rooms and guests. The communal areas are brilliant, the pool is so warm, it almost needs to be a bit cooler so it’s refreshing 🤣 The animation team are some of the best I’ve ever met. Gabriel really has the show on the road, Danielle and Stefy are so energetic and friendly, they all genuinely care that you’re having a good time. The rooms are absolutely stunning, we had a MAGNUS room overlooking the pool which was cleaned and tidied every day, it was absolutely spotless. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk, and it’s a 15 minute walk from Magaluf if you like a drink and a dance. The reception staff - Sabine, Lauren etc are all super friendly and very helpful and I can’t recommend this place enough. The food is really decent for an all inclusive; there’s always 8 or 9 different dishes, plus pasta, full selection of salads, fresh fish and all of the condiments, dressing and sauces. We’ve made some amazing friends here, which is also a compliment to the animation team as we met them whilst doing activities and having loads of fun. I can’t recommend this place enough. My daughter (8) and I came away for the first time on our own - a little ‘girls trip’. The hotel is in the perfect location, easy access to the beach and lots and bars and restaurants. We were also only a 6min drive from an amazing water park. The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming and helpful. Can’t leave a review without mentioning Gabriel. He heads the entertainment team. He could not have been more amazing. He checked in on us every day asking how we were, whether we needed anything etc. he was amazing with Rosie - made her laugh doing magic tricks and greeting her with the biggest hug everytime they met. He encouraged her to take part in activities allowing me a 5 minute rest!! He is what makes the hotel! A very good week.
