Lovely small hotel in a good location in Palma Nova. Close to the beach, shops cafes and bars. Lovely promenade to walk along. There is a bus stop outside the hotel with buses going regularly to Palma, Magaluf and Santa ponsa. The hotel was clean and all staff were happy and friendly. Rooms were good with a balcony. For all inclusive the food was of a good standard with plenty of choice. The all inclusive drinks were okay apart from the 3 pre made cocktails on offer, only tried one and it would appear no one else were drinking them. Drinks only available from 11 am until 11 pm, this included tea and coffee. Hot drinks during the day served in plastic beakers unless you sat inside. Pool towels were 10 euros deposit and you can change them every morning. The safe was 5 euros a day plus 5 euro deposit which is extortionate plus the tourist tax so for a week you have to pay out 100 euros as soon as you get in the hotel (unless you don’t want a safe or towels). Also at night we got back on 2 occasions after midnight there was nobody on reception so anyone can just walk in and then go upstairs? Pool opens at 10.00 am and even though there are signs on each bed not to reserve people were reserving the beds and not sitting on them for hours, there are plenty of beds around the gardens but beware of the mosquitos, which were also in the rooms, most people were bitten multiple times. We had rooms at the back which overlooks the tennis court but there are a couple of bars/clubs which play music until 3 am, after midnight the doors are closed and you can still here some noise, it didn’t bother us but some people with children who want an early night it would. Entertainment was not great. During the day it was boules, darts, shuffleboard or pool and in the evening, karaoke, quiz, tribute artist and acrobatic for an hour between 9.30 and 10.30 pm.
Here now and for another 4 nights but it's raining so am writing the review. Cannot believe how good and varied the food is! Anyone who cannot find a delicious dinner or evening meal is beyond being a fussy eater. If you want hot dogs,burgers and pies everyday then this is probably not the place for you. Only criticism would be fried breakfast ,eggs and bacon overcooked as too much cooked at the same time and dried out by the time it is eaten. Entertainment is fairly good during the day but late in the evening. Coffee,wine and beer is better than most all Inc's. Staff all friendly and happy to oblige. Cleaners do an excellent job,place is spotless. Location is great. Room modern,adequate and has all that is required with comfortable bed and fridge. Booked with Easyjet and hotel,facilities and room as stated. Late flight but food and drink left out for us. Have discussed with other guests and cannot find anything to complain about. Fabulous hotel. We arrivedvery late after a long delay but a cold buffet had been kept for us. The hotel is very central in Palma Nova but you would never know, the gardens and trees make it very quiet and secluded. It is a small hote so it was easy to meet our fellow guests. The animation team are outstanding, led by Gabrial. They organise great activities day and evening, all fun and lots of people take part. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Food always fresh and a very good selection. Staff cheery and helpful. A hotel to be recommended and we will visit again.
Great location near to beach, shops and bars. We found all staff to be friendly and accommodating and Gabrielle and Steffy work hard with the entertainment. Rooms and hotel in general are kept spotless and we found the food to be of higher quality than some larger hotels and there was ample choice. All in all a lovely hotel with a friendly atmosphere will definitely be coming back
Just returned home after a lovely holiday with my partner. We got upgraded to a magnus room, it was beautiful and one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in. It was opposite a bar, but this didn’t affect our sleep. We could see the sea from our balcony. The room was cleaned daily and new towels were provided. The food was good quality, and there was always a lot of options. My partner is vegetarian, but he always found something to eat. There were never any queues for food or drinks. Gabriel and Steffy were brilliant, you could play darts/pool in the morning, but there wasn’t any pressure if you’d rather sit and relax. There was always plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The location is great, a 2 min walk from the beach and there’s the option to go for a drink and dance in the evening if you want to. We had the best time, met some lovely people and would definitely return. Stace and Paul 😊
