Situated in the heart of the vibrant holiday resort of Magaluf, known for its non-stop nightlife, this hotel is a perfect location to spend a sun and fun-filled holiday. The large sandy beach and a plethora of bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shops are just a few steps away. Attractions such as Marineland Mallorca or the Western Waterpark are within easy reach, Palma is just a short drive away.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Very close to the strip, great location Great buzz around accommodation Service is very good around the hotel. Seabstian is a legend

Overall, the Vistanova Hotel is in a great location if your main priority is being close to Magaluf's nightlife, but that convenience comes with a significant downside.
The hotel sits right at the end of the strip, which makes it incredibly easy to get to the bars and clubs. Unfortunately, it also means you hear the nightlife long after you've gone to bed. Most nights the noise from the strip continued into the early hours, and between 4am and 6am we were repeatedly woken by guests singing, shouting and playing music in the corridors. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, I'd think carefully before booking here.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. During our stay, the bin in our bathroom wasn't emptied once. By the end of the holiday it still contained previous rubbish, including used women's sanitary products, which was frankly unacceptable and unhygienic.
Breakfast was another let-down. Regardless of what time we arrived, the hot food always seemed tired and overcooked. The scrambled eggs were dry, the fried eggs were overdone, the baked beans had developed a thick skin, and the bacon was so dry it felt like it had been warmed on a radiator. I gave up and went elsewhere for breakfast, with Linekers offering a much better cooked breakfast.
If your only goal is to be within a minute or two of the strip, the location is excellent. However, when you factor in the lack of sleep, poor housekeeping and disappointing breakfast, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
