The rooms are modern and comfortable. All of them equipped with balcony, free Wi-Fi, A/C, mini fridge, flat screen SAT TV and bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer.
Dip into one of the 6 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a water slide and bicycles to rent. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a vending machine.
Cheap nasty, would not feed the food to a dog.
Sorry to be brutal but I have booked a week here and now I am trapped in it.
First thing to mention is that I didn't choose this hotel, we were moved by the holiday company, it wouldn't have been my choice as the location isn't my preference but thought we'd give it a go for a change. Location is actually very good; shop across the road, beach 2 minutes away, plenty amenities and restaurants a short walk away,public bus 5 mins away. It wouldn't be ideal if you don't have good mobility though. Some areas of Beach is (quickest) accessed by stairs and in my opinion you'd have a nicer time getting out and about a bit. After reading lots of negatives about the food, I was pleasantly surprised. We ate in the restaurant about 6 times over the course of a week- all found something we liked. Loads of choice. Also, the all inclusive beer was absolutely fine. Teabags are the worst I've had anywhere in the world though- not a huge issue, we just got some from the shop. Staff in the bar and restaurant are ok, less engaging than some hotels I've been to. Entertainment team were extremely polite and friendly though. I would like to see the staff discourage some of the behaviour from some guests- saw lots of vaping in the restaurant, people taking huge quantities of food from the restaurant and people contaminating the toaster with things like cheese and tomatoes!- there are signs up but there were plenty of guests ignoring. I would also like to see them being a bit more allergy aware. Some foods were labeled incorrectly or placed far too close to other foods and this caused cross contamination. The toaster could also be risky if you have allergies. Didnt use the pool but it looked nice and the waterslide area looked great for younger children. Our room on the first floor was ok but in need of TLC in places. Hairdryer worked well, shower was fine. 2 sun loungers on the balcony in need of replacing or at least cleaning. Overall, for the price you pay, I think you can have a lovely holiday at this hotel. Some minor improvements would do wonders. In my opinion it's more suited to those with young children- but this does make it very noisy in the corridors from early morning. The walls are very thin, we could hear the babies next door or phones vibrating etc. The water slides are probably a big draw for those with children. It is good value compared to lots of places nearby.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The public areas and pools were lovely. However, the lifts were very small and there were often long queues.
The food was average overall, although breakfast was nice. Some of the glasses were chipped, and I didn’t find the snack bar particularly appealing.
Unfortunately, I also had an unpleasant experience when I tripped over a sharp piece of metal on the grass outside the hotel, which cut my foot quite badly.
Overall, I would say this hotel is more suited to a 3-star rating. The entertainment was decent, around 7/10.

Probably not
Stayed here for 10nights from 22nd of September from when we arrived the reception area looked nice and clean staff were very friendly we had to wait for our room but we did arrive early but got our ai wristband straight away so that was ok move on a few hours and this is where the nightmare begins the rooms look clean but if you look closely there is mold and dirty marks everywhere the pool area was kept reasonably well but they kept closing it around 5pm but should be 7pm the team who do the daytime entertainment around the pool are amazing and work so hard to get people to get involved also with the evening team work hard the bar staff are friendly enough especially the little fella Jesus really nice fella no what do we say about the food breakfast not to bad your usual ai breakfast something for everyone but lunch and evening meals don't bother I was ill within the 1st few days so my wife and I are out every evening the snack bar was not to bad to be honest all in all the money spent for which wasn't a fortune but for the price I'm sure you could get nicer places when we had more time to look around we found more problems with the cleaning of the hotel cobwebs everywhere downstairs also rooms wasn't really cleaned unfortunately won't be returning
