A very good stay.
Recent improvements to the decor downstairs have definitely made a difference for the better.
Raquel is the star of this place!
Reception staff helpful.
Overall hotel is clean. One room was not clean and had to move.
Things to improve:
Gaps on doors into room need addressing this would reduce noise from corridor and potential pest control
Allowing soft drinks at breakfast and tea and coffee with evening meal for all-inclusive guests in the restaurant would be great.

A fab family hotel
What a week. The hotel was fab, everywhere was clean, food was tasty and all the staff were always so polite and friendly. Snack bar had fresh food made to order, plenty of sun beds for all without having to get up early to claim a bed. The splash pool ensured my children were happy all week, and the daytime entertainment and activities were good and something for everyone. Would definitely come back again. Thank you for a lovely family holiday.

Great food , nice pool , friendly, clean , why people write bad reviews I don’t know .. would go back tomorrow… I read bad reviews about this place , so I was a bit wary, but from the moment we arrived till we left excellent place … you’ll love it

Great location, amazing pool, and wonderful staff!
Wonderful family vacation! The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything. Kids absolutely loved the pool area and the daily activities. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Food variety was impressive, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to Tanya from the kids club for keeping our little ones so happy and entertained all day!
Not worth 4 star rating or price
Quite basic room. We had one superior and one double and only difference was slightly more modern look to furniture. No tea or coffee or water in room. Small rooms. Restaurant small and busy and constantly waiting for food at grill to be cooked and then they’d take a load away with a queue waiting. All inclusive and not easy to get alcoholic drink at meal times as no one on bar you have to go to. Peak time and only bar open is poolside. Limited toilet facilities. Be wary if you have late flight, as soon as you check out they remove your band so left without food or drinks all day until near midnight flight! Also Pervy guy kept coming over to approach young teenage girls asking them if they want to come and party. Reported issues to rep site but response not acceptable.
Overall certainly not worth price tag and the 4 star hotel service. Shabby corridors
