It was the best staff in the world. Very funny and nice to talk to. Best people in the world. Shout out to Robert, George, Jaime, Alejandro, Gabri, José, Santa, Emmanuel, the girl with long hair, Dale, José the Security guard. We wish we could take them all home to Denmark. Love you, see you all some time
Our experience at the hotel was quite mixed. We stayed in a premium apartment, which was spacious and comfortable. Parts of the room needed updated (some cracks in the shower floor) but it was clean. Housekeeping visited everyday and bedding was changed regularly. We were impressed with how clean the pool and general hotel areas were.
Unfortunately, the food was a major let-down. Breakfast was the only meal we found enjoyable, and despite paying for an all-inclusive package, we ended up eating out most nights because the food on offer was so poor. This was particularly disappointing given the cost of the all-inclusive option.
The all-inclusive drinks were okay, although the cocktails are dispensed from a machine rather than being freshly made, which was another disappointment.
There was a mixed age of people staying at the hotel. The noise didn’t disturb us every night, apart from one, where a couple were shouting up and down the hall for a long period of time.
Overall, the hotel itself was clean and the premium apartment was a good size, but the quality of the food really affected our experience. With better food and a more appealing all-inclusive offering, it could be a much better stay.
The hospitality was very good! The employees of the hotel (especially Jaime) where very kind and the service was good ! There were always chairs by the pool and the bar was never too crowded. We only payed for breakfast, there was always enough food.
Hotel is lovely great pool We couldn’t get sun lounges as people put their towels on them and leave. The noise at night was horrible people screaming ruining my sleep so if you are coming here I would bring some ear plugs cause it’s terrible. People screaming and shouting down the hall at 1 am which is absolute joke every single night non stop. If they sort these loud disrespectful people out then the hotel would easily be a 5/5.
The hotel was really nicely kept with clean rooms, nice all inclusive food and drink, as well as nice staff who were accommodating.
It was easy to get to from the airport as well as getting to Magaluf strip, which was our intention most nights.
The one thing that we struggled to understand was rules surrounding the pool. Our group was very sport and active and we always like to throw a ball around in the pool. 1 day a ball in the pool and the next day we were told off. It was complete pot luck as to whether this was allowed or not. It would be nice if this was made clear for next time.
Our group all said that we would stay here again.
