Disappointing experience – not what we expected from an all-inclusive holiday My partner and I booked this hotel expecting a genuine all-inclusive holiday, but unfortunately, the experience fell well short of our expectations. On arrival, we were told that the all-inclusive drinks package only included soft drinks throughout the day. Alcoholic drinks were limited to three drinks with lunch and three with dinner, and the only options available were wine and beer. This was certainly not what we understood when booking an all-inclusive holiday. Our room was a superior double, and although the room itself had been fairly recently refurbished, was comfortable and was kept clean, the balcony was extremely disappointing. It was approximately 1 metre squared and looked directly onto the balcony next to us. There was absolutely no view, making the description of the room rather misleading. On a positive note, the room was cleaned regularly, the beds were made each day and everything was kept to a good standard. The biggest issue for us was the restrictions on the all-inclusive drinks. Thankfully, we had taken enough spending money with us to purchase additional drinks, otherwise the holiday would have been very different. I do feel particularly sorry for families with children who may book this hotel expecting an all-inclusive experience and budget accordingly. The restrictions could leave families having to spend considerably more than anticipated, or potentially going without. Overall, while the room itself was comfortable and clean, the misleading expectations around the all-inclusive package and the extremely poor balcony meant that we would not choose this hotel again. If you are considering booking, I would strongly recommend checking exactly what is included in the all-inclusive package before you go and budgeting for additional spending.
We all enjoyed our stay here. The staff we friendly and helpful especially Rocio Villena. She is very astute and very professional a credit to the hotel. The food was lovely as were the swimming pools. Thank you for a great stay.
Machi is the best Entertainer she very cude
This is NOT and All inclusive. Don’t be deceived. 3 alcoholic drinks only with lunch and dinner the rest you have to pay for. Spoilt our holiday. Contacted Love Holidays and they said it was the hotel’s policy and nothing to do with them. Had to queue to get into the restaurant which is in the cellar with no windows. Like hell on earth. Food poor. I’m so angry.
