Total Mallorka experience, Fiesta to rhe fullest
All these reviews saying this is a terrible hotel and stay need to give it a rest. People want steak for cornbeef prices. It's what you make of your holiday. Hotel was clean rooms were clean beds were made daily food wasn't bad at all. Pool clean. Yeah there's ques for a drink but not that long just wait till que goes down while sitting on your sunbed. Hotel in a great location. For the price you pay for this hotel its not bad at all dont let the reviews put you off! Nothing wrong woth this hotel at all. Your holiday is what you make of it and we had a good one. People baffle me sometimes paying for a cheap hotel and asking for 5 star services. Staff are friendly staff work hard. Sunbeds are taking straight away like every hotel so if your late there is chairs round the pool or sunbeds are stacked up just find a spot. Beds are sound slept well. Sun came over the main pool around 12pm. We walked the beach each morning and went back hotel when it was out. There's a little poop and big pool what is deep and refreshing after a sunny day. Entertainment every night 2 bars. And all shops and restaurants in walking distance. You get what you pay for and the hotel its self is a good hotel
So this hotel isn’t bad. The rooms are well appointed the food is reasonable For what we paid. It’s a typical Spanish hotel. The swimming pool area is nice but small. The reason I gave this 3 stars is because the air conditioning is useless. The management need to stop placating people and get it sorted or install new. You want to be comfortable and I couldn’t sleep. Great location in a great respect!
I’m currently here until Wednesday having booked a last minute after a previous holiday fell through due to the booking agent. I’m here with my 13-year-old daughter and her friend of the same age all inclusive. I’m well travelled- from hiking dormitories, two star hotels right through to 5 star. I know what to expect for a three star all inclusive and I can honestly say those expectations are not met. I’ve just come up from lunch, it’s pandemonium in there- we had rain today, the ventilation is leaking in the restaurant. There is a Spanish woman mopping it up being extremely rude and snapping at people when they step into the area as if they are supposed to realise. There is an overweight guy who clears away the plates and he is damn right rude. He just walked past me and clipped my shoulder hard enough to put me a step sideways. He just stared at me and grunted. He was rude to my daughter yesterday too. There has been no desert bowls for 20 minutes down there with people stood walking around trying to find things. There were no glasses at the drink station ( I politely asked a waitress for glasses). She snapped something in Spanish and marched off looking like thunder and it took nearly 20 minutes to bring some out. when they did they were filthy and stained . The food was luke warm and so was the beer. They don’t supply salt and pepper only a couple of shakers so people are wandering around looking for stuff. Plates are dirty and have spots of Food on it really is bloody poor.. the layout of the restaurant is completely wrong so people are forced to queue 30 and 40 deep waiting to get to the hot plates. I know what to expect from a three star and this place is not up to scratch. The biggest things for me is the rudeness and lack of cleanliness. There is also a young girl who works on the bar in the evenings who has a face like thunder and actually looks quite angry with you to order drinks. It’s not on . It’s real hit and miss due to staff and poor management. Rooms are extremely basic, no coffee facilities, average air-conditioning and tired decor ( they’ve shoved a single bed directly under light fittings here which are broken and hanging out of the wall). They clearly have a problem with the drains as every other day the room stinks of sewage, as does the steps at the Poole bar down to the toilets. Avoid this place it shows Spanish hospitality at a low point. A three star rating is not an excuse for poor hygiene, rude staff, and a restaurant that leaks like a sieve.
Friendly, good selection of food and very clean
