Grupotel Gran Vista and Spa

Cannot fault the accommodation the apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed. Staff were excellent and the food was amazing. Only downside was a lot of the sunbeds were on grass amongst trees. Ants were everywhere and if you were lucky you could find a sunbed that wasn't covered in bird droppings, not good with children.

First impressions on arrival, the hotel reception smells amazing! Me and my daughter who is 15 booked bed and breakfast in an apartment which was in the spa block, we did not use the spa so cannot comment you have to be 16 to use which we knew when we booked but did not choose the hotel to use the spa anyway, spacious and had air con, shower very powerful and had a kitchenette so an option to make our own food and an Aldi and other shops 5 minutes away, ants on the balcony are only an issue if you drop food on the floor, we used the dustpan and brush which was under the sink to tidy up after we ate so was not an issue for us. Staff super friendly, nice watching the animation team with the children while sunbathing who work very hard, cleaners came every day if you wanted them, there is an option to put a sign on the door to say not today if you are in or sleeping. Breakfast was great lots of choice and staff very kind and helpful. We had lunch in the bistro bar twice once we sat down to eat and one we had takeaway to eat at our sun bed which was very nice and good value for money. No issue finding sun beds and you can move them wherever you like as the hotel is very relaxed. They had daily water aerobics which was fun. Watched a pirates of the Caribbean show the team put on in the afternoon in the garden which was entertaining. Roof bar is worth a visit for the views. Thank you to the whole team. We will be coming back.

Can’t fault this hotel my second visit , very clean excellent food and the staff very friendly and very helpful
