Hotel clean and welcoming. Food good and hot. Rooms clean and big enough for two people, staff friendly. 5 min walk to promenade if restaurants and shops. Fab place.
My partner and I stayed here last weekend, we were actually meant to stay in their sister hotel nearby but they had no room for us, but in hindsight, we're glad we got to stay here instead. We did get messed around regarding the other hotel, it was actually down to BQ Can Picafort for saving the weekend and letting us stay there with them. As we waited for confirmation, they gave us free drinks and upgraded our meal package, as they understood all the waiting around did affect the little time we had away! Can't fault the staff, so friendly and accommodating, especially the manager Xisca -she was really great. Pool area was fab, breakfast had a good variety and it wasn't overly hectic. Rooms were clean, not the most spacious but the balcony made up for that, aircon worked good (thank god!) Close to beach, shops and the staff gave us a bus timetable to go to the nearby beaches and Alcudia market. It was super easy to use/get our head round that we used buses all week as they were every ten minutes (plus taxis were far and few between)
We'd love to stay here again and hope to be back, i don't write many reviews but this definitely deserved one! A*!
Great hotel! Great location, very nice staff, clean rooms, overall a really nice stay!
This was a last-minute Holiday so wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel how welcoming they were also had a great Jim that I used in the morning and the breakfast was great as well perfect for what I was looking for
Arrival and Room
I arrived at the hotel at least two hours before check-in time and was greeted by a very friendly member of staff. She warmly guided me through the short check-in process and told me all about the hotel's amenities, my room, and the surrounding area while I waited.
She directed me to a place where I could get changed and use the washroom, as I was planning to meet family members who were staying at a different hotel. She also looked after my suitcase and jacket, took my mobile phone number, and confirmed that she would call me as soon as my room was ready.
The hotel lobby was very clean and tidy, with comfortable sofas and a vending machine stocked with snacks, water, soft drinks (including Red Bull), and even sun cream.
The lobby also featured a number of art sculptures and paintings, which were beautiful and added a lovely touch to the space.
When I returned to the hotel, I collected my belongings and was shown to my room. Upon arriving on the first floor, I noticed that the artistic theme from the lobby continued throughout the open hallway and mini lounge area, which included additional seating and communal recycling bins.
My room was bright, clean, and compact, making it perfect for solo travel. It included a mini fridge, dressing table, television, plenty of wardrobe space, drawers, cupboards, clothes hangers, and a full-length mirror. There was also a balcony with two chairs and a table, as well as a convenient pull-out wall-mounted clothes hanger.
The bathroom was spacious, featuring a large shower, excellent lighting, and two mirrors.
Breakfast and Bar Area
Breakfast was served from 8:30am to 10:30am. Although it was quite busy between 8:30am and 9:00am, I was able to find a seat, and the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout.
There was an excellent selection of hot food, including an egg and omelette station where you could request freshly prepared dishes to your liking.
The cold options were equally impressive, with a great variety of yoghurts, smoothies, and pastries available.
The main hotel bar was open from 10:00am until midnight. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. Daily drink offers were available, along with a selection of snacks. The seating area was comfortable, and even when there was music or evening entertainment, it never felt overly crowded.
Overall Stay
Overall, I had a great stay. Before departure, I requested a wake-up call, which was arranged without any issues. When I arrived at reception to check out, the staff ensured I knew exactly where my transfer would be picking me up from and continued to be helpful and friendly until the end of my stay.
I would happily stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
