This adult only hotel is located on the seafront in Playa de Palma. Boasting a prime beach location, the hotel is just 5 km away from the airport, and a few minutes' drive from Palma. The hotel offers 226 air-conditioned rooms, fitted with standard amenities, a complete bathroom and a balcony. The hotel has 2 magnificent outdoor pools: the main pool next to the sea promenade affords stunning sea views, whilst another pool is at the rear of the hotel where the facilities include an à la carte pool bar and Bali beds. The hotel also features a lounge bar and wellness zone with a heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath for guests to enjoy a relaxing day as well as a choice of sports facilities including bicycle parking, tennis court and fitness room.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find an indoor pool, an outdoor tennis court and a sauna. Additional amenities at this Mediterranean hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a television in a common area.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Truly haven’t got anything negative to say. Lovely welcome from the reception staff. 2 lovely pools with lots of sun loungers. Pool areas quiet with great bar service. Great breakfast with lots of variety and even allowed us breakfast before an early departure. Our room was clean, well maintained with an amazing sea view. Location was just perfect too ! Will we book again ? Absolutely !
Just back from 10 night stay at this beautiful hotel. Great check in, and helpful receptionists, had a couple of issues during our stay which were rectified immediately. Great location in a quieter corner and perfectly positioned across the road from the beach. Spotlessly clean everywhere, all of the time. 2 outdoor pools, and 1 indoor( didn't see anyone using indoor), we only used the 1 at the rear of the hotel, it was absolutely perfect, very clean, good size and always sunbeds available (even though alot of people were up early leaving towels on beds), with a bar for drinks with a shaded terrace, the staff were lovely here. We stayed in a superior double with sea view which was stunning, good size with a nice bathroom. Rooms can be cleaned daily by the hardworking maids. We stayed B&B basis, good selection available at breakfast and what you would expect from buffet style restaurant, did pay extra on 2 nights to eat at hotel (18 euros pp), they have themed menus, and again there was a good choice available. They don't have entertainment on every night, but we did see a dj on 3 nights for 3 hours(he did play the same music every time!!), and a female singer 1 night, on for 1 hour, which seemed a bit odd! Lots of different nationalities stay here but would say predominantly German. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again
Great little hotel - was a solo traveller and booked a suite HB . From the moment I arrived was great experience, reception was quick as done online check in. Room was great, with balcony at the front with sunbeds with spectacular view - table and chairs on other balcony’s. Bathroom good size with lovely big shower. Location was spot on with bars restaurants and beach a couple of steps away. Food great - good choice every day. Ideally would have liked breakfast to 11am but a minor point. Food at bar was great too - and service round the pool exceptional. I had massage and used gym facilities. It was a great hotel choice all round.
At present we are only on day one. No milk in room, no sugar, kettle leaked so we asked for a replacement. When we returned to our room the new kettle was there but smelt strongly of burning and was hot touch so I’m guessing someone tried it without putting water in it. Back down to reception again, for third kettle. Water had leaked from kettle so I asked for more water and was told it was €2.50 for another bottle! I explained we lost most of the water in the kettle so they gave it to me for free! Aircon not currently working. Have asked someone to come fix it but no-one has appeared yet. No access to safe either. We’ve only been here a few hours but so far it’s really not going well. We paid over £2k for a 5 night break, but at present I’m really disappointed
Really great hotel. Friendly staff, 2 mins and you're on the beach, breakfast was amazing. The pool area was lovely and really benefited from being just for adults. It made it really relaxing and it was fab that you could sit by the pool and look at the sea. Only minor point is that I booked a seaview room and while it did indeed have a seaview, it was around the side of the building not on the seafront. I would have paid a bit more to have a full sea view if I'd know my room didn't have that. So that could have been made clearer. However that's minor. I would go back and I recommend it. If you're a solo female like me, you'll feel nice and comfortable to be on your own in this hotel. And everything is spotlessly clean!
