This adult only hotel is located on the seafront in Playa de Palma. Boasting a prime beach location, the hotel is just 5 km away from the airport, and a few minutes' drive from Palma. Amazing
Suna was incredible, somebody pay her more money immediately. A poor woman was being harassed and Suna stood up for the woman and got the man out of the hotel, and she even put herself in danger protecting her guests. I wanted to help her protect the woman but she didn’t need the help I was impressed with how she was brave and got the man out of the hotel because she cares about her guests that much.
The hotel was perfect, it was Suna that welcomed us and she was funny and nice, told us she upgraded us and generally made our first day amazing. Breakfast was great and room was cleaned every day plus all the pool areas were clean and well kept.
Like I said, if you come and stay and Suna looks after you you’re in for a great stay! Give her a bonus!!

From start to finish, our stay was perfect. We loved our rooms which had incredible views of the beach and sea, the breakfasts which offered a huge variety of quality food, and the pools which were well maintained and always had free sun loungers. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and gave us excellent advice and recommendations. Everything was spotless. The hotel is close to the airport, but noise from the planes was surprisingly minimal and really didn’t bother us at all. Palma is a short bus or taxi ride away but there are plenty of great restaurants in Can Pastilla to choose from. One night we didn’t fancy going out so we ate at the hotel and we were blown away by the choices available - so much so that we went again the next evening! If you’re looking for a chilled out, stress free hotel in an idyllic location, this is the hotel for you.

Great hotel next to the beach with lovely staff
Really great hotel. Friendly staff, 2 mins and you're on the beach, breakfast was amazing. The pool area was lovely and really benefited from being just for adults. It made it really relaxing and it was fab that you could sit by the pool and look at the sea. Only minor point is that I booked a seaview room and while it did indeed have a seaview, it was around the side of the building not on the seafront. I would have paid a bit more to have a full sea view if I'd know my room didn't have that. So that could have been made clearer. However that's minor. I would go back and I recommend it. If you're a solo female like me, you'll feel nice and comfortable to be on your own in this hotel. And everything is spotlessly clean!
So far not so good
At present we are only on day one. No milk in room, no sugar, kettle leaked so we asked for a replacement. When we returned to our room the new kettle was there but smelt strongly of burning and was hot touch so I’m guessing someone tried it without putting water in it. Back down to reception again, for third kettle. Water had leaked from kettle so I asked for more water and was told it was €2.50 for another bottle! I explained we lost most of the water in the kettle so they gave it to me for free! Aircon not currently working. Have asked someone to come fix it but no-one has appeared yet. No access to safe either. We’ve only been here a few hours but so far it’s really not going well. We paid over £2k for a 5 night break, but at present I’m really disappointed

Solo travel - great hotel and location
Great little hotel - was a solo traveller and booked a suite HB . From the moment I arrived was great experience, reception was quick as done online check in. Room was great, with balcony at the front with sunbeds with spectacular view - table and chairs on other balcony’s. Bathroom good size with lovely big shower. Location was spot on with bars restaurants and beach a couple of steps away. Food great - good choice every day. Ideally would have liked breakfast to 11am but a minor point. Food at bar was great too - and service round the pool exceptional. I had massage and used gym facilities. It was a great hotel choice all round.
