Came for a last minute break away after a very busy couple of months and this was exactly what I needed as a solo traveller.

Comfortable clean nice bedroom, good air con. Nice pool and relaxation pool on the quieter side, enough beds, was always space. Friendly staff, nice space for food and bar and whether you want to work or chill and have fun.

Juma in the entertainment team was great and drove a lot of smiles and fun around the team.

Super close the beach and all the restaurants and bars.

We have just returned from a 4 night break. Starting with the positives: Modern look to rooms and main area Good breakfast! Bus stop right outside takes about 30 mins to Palma. Unfortunately the negatives: Check in was poor, the gentleman was unfriendly did not welcome us etc. Did not explain about the hotel and the paper they give you is dated information. Majority of staff are rude, there were a few friendly ones. Adult pool is an odd colour, felt dirty. The rooms, although they are modern they are very small. Not enough storage for 2 adults, we struggled for 4 days! In the bathroom there is barely any storage, no where in the shower for toiletries etc. The air con is awful, we did bring this up to reception and ask for a fan but they do not have any, they told us to leave on constantly so after a few days it was ok and the shower temperature is dangerous it’s either cold or scolding hot. In the mornings this was awful! The lift is awful and only fits 2 adults so had to trek the stairs most days. Housekeeping didn’t change the cups in our room on two occasions.

Other than the breakfast and the decor of the main area it’s very poor. It should be 3*. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

First of all, we got locked out of our room three times, when we arrived our door did not open, a technician came and fixed it, telling us it should then be fine, however it wasn’t after one day we got locked out for 20 mins, the staff were unsure what to do, and then another two times for 5 mins. The air conditioning was also shocking, we were there when it was 35 degrees and it was unbearable. Thank god we had mini fans that we had to have on us the whole night. The pool was good and staff at the bar and in the entertainment team were great. Also when we were leaving there were ants on the floor and in the bed. And the shower couldn’t decide on being hot or cold. Would never come back.
