Back again
Location is great, close to the beach, beach walk, Mallorca FUN mall, the airport and close to Palma city. The hotel is overall clean except the pool area- under the sunbeds is hair and dirt (super gross). The rooms are good, I’ve been here a few times and the big rooms are better and nicer than the smaller ones that are kind of lower quality. The staff is SUPER nice, everyone from the reception, cleaners, restaurant and bar.
Something negative things from the last times I was here: -They used to have themes in the restaurant which used to be very fun. -They had their performers outside (now they are inside and I found them by accident in the other part of the hotel). -Switching beach towels cost now. -The dirty pool floor area.
Great hotel
Lovely hotel, perfect location for can pastillia and palma. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are really friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also fantastic with a lot of choice. Would highly recommend
Eclipse and return visit, great hotel and lovely staff
Can’t say enough lovely things about this hotel. Im on my second stay in as many weeks. Came over for eclipse and felt I must return and stay longer. Staff are wonderful, Betty on reception and all of the staff I have met are so friendly, the main reason for my return visit. Thank you to all of you for making my holiday feel special (and thank-you for the little extra gift!) Gracias 🙏

Another excellent stay
Have stayed numerous times at JS Palma Stay, sometimes as a cycling base, sometimes with the family. Whatever the reason it is always excellent with friendly staff and good food. Will continue to visit.
